I live in Malta and have been with this company since December 2023. I have its Freeview service. After a bad experience with another company, Skycards.eu was a God- send. Although the Freeview service is not totally faultless (but then what in life is) the customer service can only be described as Gold+ standard. Lightning fast responses and problems fixed quickly. I would have no hesitation what-so-ever in recommending this company. Thanks to Josh (who seems to be the person who responds most frequently) and everyone else at Skycards.eu.

My experience with Skycards.eu was excellent.
• Prior to purchasing from Skycards.eu, I sought clarification about a technical point and received a response very quickly.
• The delivery from UK to Spain was around 24 hours, which was better than my most optimistic estimation.
• I did experience problems in setting up the VPNUK router. There was a lot of buffering and an intermittent internet connection. However, the support I got from Josh during several days was over and above what one would normally expect. The problem was finally diagnosed as being a Starlink problem and not a VPNUK router setting up problem. Now that the Starlink set up problem has been resolved, I have not had any problems at all.

Excellent service, quick and efficient.
my only quibble is that there was a hidden cost not mentioned up-front: I had to read the fine print to discover that there is an additional cost of 100 pounds every six months, after the first year, for a subscription hosting service. I am happy to pay it but would have preferred to see this at the outset.

These guys are fantastic coming up to my two year contract end and i did look at an alternative and tried it didnt like it, these guys are extremely helpful very quick to respond to emails and resolve issues, they are a little more pricey compared to others but definitely value for money and service has been outstanding

I have been a customer of Skycards.eu for a few years and always been happy. On a rare occasion calling support the issue was resolved speedily. Now today upgrading to Skystream the whole process from ordering to installation was very easy, dispatched, received & installed overseas within just 3 days - first class!

Absolutely fabulous company and product, I lived in Cambodia and Thailand and had uninterrupted service.
On the rare occasions I needed Technical Support they were available 24/7 and immensely helpful and friendly.
If you are overseas and want to stay in contact with UK TV then this is by far your best option.

They made everything so easy to change from Satilite to Streaming. All my questions were answered, and when I received the box and had further questions they replied within minutes. I can't say enough good things about them. The best.

Very easy to set-up, we have also had slight glitchy problems in the beginning but nothing to worry about, a quick phone call and there is always help if you need it. All in all we are very happy with Sky Stream and would recommend it to anyone.

The staff at skycardeu is very good. They are courteous, and extremely helpful, no matter what time I send them a help message. I have had contact with Tom and occasionally Josh. Both extremely polite and very helpful. I highly recommend.
