We recently had a problem with our VPN not functioning as it should and difficulty accessing certain channels that had become available to subscribers. It took a great deal of back and forth on email but everything was sorted out perfectly in the end and the team were patient in their execution of the tasks so we were very satisfied with the service. I ordered a sky stream box and channels through you earlier this week. Apart from making payment etc, I heard nothing until today, when I was contacted by a member of your team saying that UPS (your delivery agent) couldn't get hold of me. That is because you guys had spelled my name incorrectly on the email that you gave to UPS.
This afternoon I've had some tooing and froing from someone in your team about this. I made clear to him that the wrong email address was your error. His final response was "Here is what happens if you don’t contact UPS through the emails they are sending to you to import your order. They will destroy your equipment."
What a way to speak to one of your customers! If UPS were trying to get hold of me, using an incorrect email address that you gave to them, then how do you expect me to even receive the emails that UPS are sending?
I'm baffled. I cannot think of a time when I've been spoken to so rudely from a business.

We had a problem with the VPN this morning. I contacted Skycards and we were sent by return a protocol to follow. This did not work and after going through the system I discovered our system had chosen an incorrect server, corrected it and thanked them very much. We have never had a problem with any part of the system and enjoy the service. The Sky Puck system works very well. I would recommend it

Frankly yes !!
The exchange rate sucks so makes it seem expensive but Skycards can't be blamed for that.
Even with the exchange rate all in all it's good value for money. The service is very reliable with no buffering or issues. I had one problem during my year using it and it was quickly resolved within an hour with an email to support, they moved me to a different server, job done.
You'll receive you're equipment with in a few days and you'll be up and running with in minutes of unpacking it. If you've been sitting on the fence debating whether you should take the leap, the answer is yes, get signed up you won't regret it

Very happy with the service. Delivery was within a week of ordering. When I had a problem with connectivity on one channel, my enquiry was answered immediately and so I was able to correct the problem straightaway.

I have used Skycards for several years now and they have always been very good. On the odd occasions when I have had buffering, they have quickly moved me to an alternate server, and then back to reliable normality. Last year, I upgraded my router, and it was delivered the next day. I can thoroughly recommend them

When my old router (also bought from Skycards.eu 10 years ago) came to the end of its life last November I ordered another new one from them. It arrived within a week of me ordering it, was simple to connect and works perfectly. The customer service and communications from Skycards.eu was excellent during the 10 years my old router was working which was what encouraged me to buy from them again.
