Super Service
We and more importantly our clients are very happy with the labels.
I have had a number of issue (my end) and found Silver Fox very helpful & fast helping me resolve the issues.
I recently had a training session and found it very useful.

your software made it convenient to print out the labels purchased. However, due to the cost of the software and the capabilities, I have reverted back to my Excell template. With the excel template, I have more options than the software can provide and automation. Considering the Cost of the labels and the cost of the software is what made me revert back to our previous methods.

It sounds like you have a great solution with your Excel process, but I wanted to provide further context to some of the things you have highlighted in your review:
- I believe you utilise the Belden Labelflex solution. The software is a one-time cost, starting at just £120. With this software, you receive all the predesigned templates of the labels we produce and free-of-charge support and training to maximise your investment. Perhaps more importantly, in your case, free-of-charge feature updates. If you purchase the software today, when you start it back up again in ten years, you will have the most up-to-date version, with the most up-to-date labelling technologies, at no extra software development cost. In this sense, even the lowest investment is future-proof.
- I am unclear on what you mean by Excel providing more automation; as we develop the software in-house, we always look to improve our offering to our partners. If you are available, scheduling a quick call between our support team and you would be great so they can gather your feedback and improve the solution. This improvement, if made, would then be rolled out free-of-charge
- Naturally, the cost of the labels will be slightly higher than other labelling companies. The price of the labels includes the free-of-charge support, training, feature updates, etc. that I have mentioned previously. Many of our partners do not wish to have an out-of-date solution when it comes to printing or, worse, not be able to properly use the solution when they are pinched for a time at the end of the project. This is where the free-of-charge support comes in to help partners hit tight deadlines and ensure labelling does not derail a whole project. If you have purchased the labels through a BELDEN distributor, please share the details with sales@silverfox.co.uk so they can review whether the price you have been charged is suitable.
I will pass your feedback on to the support team, and hopefully, we can action that automation point for you and turn this into a 5-star review in the future.
