We have been using the fox in box…
We have been using the fox in box printer with the Fox flo UV stable tie on cable labels for over 9 years. Not only does this system save time, we have found that the labels have not faded even through they are fitted externally on a tier 1 chemical site, would highly recommend.

Installed the software on a standalone…
Installed the software on a standalone laptop and initially had an issue where we were unable to print. Went to the SilverFox website and contacted support via Web Chat. Support remoted in and changed some printer settings which resolved the issue. All up and running within 30 minutes.

Non heat shrink labels…
The slide on non heat shrink labels have saved us time from using the tie wrap style as these are quick and easy to slide on.

Solved my alignment issue quickly
I missed a key step in loading the Silver Fox tie on cable labels and the print was out of alignment. Miro from SF walked me through the process and solved the problem in under 5 mins. Thanks.

Great equipment and support

This 2 stage key business is very frustrating. Not sure if it's me, as my program quit working. Asking for another key. Has to be a better way. I'm now searching for another alternative to labeling networks

The good reviews are great, but the negative views are how we improve.
We are sorry to hear that you have had such a poor experience with the software and the separate licence keys. This is the first negative feedback we have had on this part of the process/solution.
The two key process is in place for good reason.
The setup key is the software serial number, so follows that licence even when it is transferred to a new PC.
The full key is what allows the user to install fully on one PC, and lock it to that device.
This allows customers to reactivate old licences keys even after years of inactivity, so they do not need to purchase another one.
Nevertheless, it is clear you have had a poor experience with Silver Fox and we express our deepest apologies. We are sorry that the requirement for two separate keys has forced you to review other printing solutions, and hope that your experience with them is better than ours.
I have also spoken to the support team who have told me they have contacted you about your key and are under the impression the matter is resolved. I request you to please contact them if you would like to reopen this ticket, or indeed would like to take advantage of your FREE-OF-CHARGE training on the solution.

SEC electrical contractor based in London
Work for an electrical contractor based in London, primary use is wrap around labels and tie on SWA labels, will be using if for other needs as they arise, HV labels etc.
Prior to getting a silver fox printer we was ordering our labels on a per job basis, moving to printing our own I can say comfortably the printer paid for itself on the 1st job, customer service is fantastic always happy to help, special thanks for Amber who calls every couple months to check in and make sure we are getting on well with the printer, has a solid understanding of our use case and very helpful, definitely needs a promotion,
Also company offered a free one to one via teams just going over functions of the software, I’m somewhat of a tech and I still found it very useful, highly recommended.
