Silverado Southlake was a WONDERFUL ANSWER to a nightmare at a different facility. The staff quickly won our sister’s cooperation. Many other facilities would not even consider her simply because she is Down Syndrome. Silverado Southlake gets her - she loves being greeted by name from all the staff (maintenance, housekeeping, kitchen crew, caregivers, medical, P/OT, etc.). Our sister has been loved and cared for by ALL the staff.

Silverado Southlake treats my Grandmother with so much love, kindness, and dignity. We have moved her to 3 different senior locations in 6 years; but now that we have found Silverado Southlake this is her home! I cannot express enough gratitude to the entire Southlake staff for the quality of life she is being given under their care.

My overall experience has been incredible at Silverado Hermann Park!! My family had to make decision to bring our grandmother to Silverado Hermann Park due to multiple falls from dementia progressing.
Everyone, from the front desk receptionists smiling faces, to the social worker, medical doctor, Hawa-NP, and to Select Rehab therapy team are all amazing! Everyone is caring and professional!! The Activities keep her stimulated and they all encourage her to interact with engagements to improve brain function to improve activities of daily living.
This facility staff will make your family feel at ease and at home! Thank you Silverado for caring about you all residents and assisting my grandmother with her dementia. I highly recommend Silverado Hermann park memory care facility for your loved ones!!

Silverado Southlake is such a beautiful community! The residents are always engaged in numerous activities. The staff are very friendly and always ready to answer any questions I have. I would recommend this community to anyone who needs help finding placement for someone with memory impairment.

I’ve visited the Southlake community several times. The staff are friendly and kind and the community is so clean and beautiful. The residents are happy and treated like family by the staff. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great experience overall!! I work with Select rehab at Silverado Southlake. The facility is super nice and clean, nursing staff do their best to address residents and family needs. They do their best to provide residents autonomy while maintaining appropriate care. Daily and monthly activities and events. One of the best memory care facilities I've worked at.

Silverado Southlake has been amazing for my Mom! I toured numerous facilities and left in tears after each and every one. Once I toured Silverado Southlake I new without a doubt it was the one! It felt like home!! I once again had tears while I toured it but these were happy tears because I knew we had found a new home for my Mom! I can now sleep at night and don’t live in constant worry and concern. The daily activities and engagement with the residents is amazing. I am constantly being sent photos of my Mom and her new friends!! Silverado has helped my Mom so much with this transition in her life!

It's very difficult to place your loved one in memory care. We toured all the best facilities and had our sister placed at Silverado in Bellevue. It's a private pay facility (no Medicaid) but we chose it anyway knowing our time would be limited (She was only 66 so we knew her funds would run out in a few years) We had to move her to a Brookdale facility due to financial reasons. Oh boy, was there a difference. Silverado made our sister feel important and valued - where Brookdale treated her like a number to be pushed aside (I could go on about Brookdale - but if you're considering it for a loved one - I wouldn't recommend them for a multitude of reasons) When we told Silverado's management about our troubles, the director rolled out the red carpet so we could move her until we found a decent spot. They actually love her and didn't want her to suffer. So if you don't need Medicaid for a while (or ever) I'd choose Silverado. You can trust them - and isn't that the most important thing?

Silverado in Southlake has been my Aunts home for the past 4 months. We moved her here for the memory care and the comprehensive health care, but what we found was a home where she is cared for and loved. Silverado is awesome at keeping us informed.

When faced with suddenly moving my mom from her home to a memory care facility, we toured 12 facilities. Silverado Southlake stood out - none of the others came close. It has the feel of a home, both in appearance and sense of welcome. As soon as we walked in, I knew it was the one. All the residents were active and participating in activities. They are able to freely walk the property. Other facilities had the residents propped up in wheelchairs in front of TVs. The caregivers are so sweet to my mom. The abundant engagement and enrichment activities keep her mind active. The residents have dignity and purpose.

Silverado is an outstanding facility. I work in marketing for medical practices, and I visit numerous facilities like Silverado. The most impressive part of visiting is the staff. Every single staff member has a passion for their residents and radiates joy in their work. In addition, the program they use to engage their residents is hands down the best program I've seen. I highly recommend Silverado for those at any stage of memory issues.

Silverado is by far the best place for your loved one! The staff is kind and helpful and treats all residents like family while maintaining a clean and healthy environment that encourages activity and engagement throughout each day. I have been in several other facilities for elder care due to my job in physical therapy and can say without a doubt that this facility does it best.

I have been working with several staff members, including Jennifer and Amber and they have been very helpful and accessible. The community also loves to give back and has participated in the local Walk to End Alzheimer's events each year. They encourage their residents and families to get involved as well. I have also attended several of their on-site events like the First Responders BBQ and Firefighters Toy Drive during the holidays. I love how they encourage their residents to be involved as well. Beautiful community.

I have had several clients over the last 9 or 10 years at Silverado Beverly Place .
Not only do they have such caring competent and kind caregivers and nurses but the whole administrtaion and staff are so involved with the residents.They are really there for them and they know their residents well.
Theres so much love and a big family atmosphere in this community.
Their music therapy and activities are wonderful .I love walking in the door and instantly feeling the close family vibe complete with a few dogs with wagging tails to greet you ..

We have been thrilled with the outstanding care and support we have received as a family, and more specifically for our loved one. St Charles Silverado staff have helped us improve our loved one's quality of life. The staff is alway courteous, they keeps us informed, and any time we are visiting, we can see how much our loved one enjoys residing there. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail with the planned activities for the residents and visiting family/caregivers. From activities to medical needs and communication, we are truly grateful. The facility is always clean and the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

My mother lived in Silverado, St. Charles for two years before her passing. We brought her to Silverado from another facility that we were not happy with and the experience at Silverado was much, much better. The residents can be as involved as they want to be and most importantly (to us), they had residents aligned by capability level so their engagement was relevant and meaningful. She was always well-groomed, dressed appropriately, and well-cared for. The coordination with speech and physical therapy was top-notch and seamless. We were able to have their team support assistance with transport to select dentist and doctor appointments that we considered more routine, and the on-site podiatry visits were incredibly helpful. As with any facility, setting clear expectations for communication, status updates, emergency care protocol, etc. should be part of your transition and care plan. Silverado was always happy to accommodate and their team was genuinely caring, professional and personable.
