Silverado Memory Care came as a recommendation to me, Silverado reached out to me and understood my sense of urgency, they were happy to meet with me for a tour and discussing the process of the transition. This quick yet thoughtful connection helped ease my concerns and I was relieved to find a great place for my loved one. During the tour I was given detailed information on all aspects of care such as daily programs, meals, rooms, family involvement, medical care and advanced care once the time comes. I really appreciated their communication to me and reassurance of how the transition process would go, during my loved one’s initial days at Silverado they were great about updating me on the transition process. My loved one has been at Silverado for a little over 5 months now and during this time I have formed good relationships with the associates at Silverado, they are great at welcoming family members into the community. During this time I have learned about Silverado’s activities program that is science based to help with memory care, I strongly recommend an in depth conversation on the details and how it can e edit your lives one. The activities staff are great, they get to know each resident and learn their strengths and weaknesses and are truly an integral piece for my loved one’s care and comfort. My loved one has also received much needed therapies and I love that the therapists are onsite and have communicated with me on this process. I have enjoyed many of events at Silverado, I love that they host various events and invite family members, it is great so we can be with our loved ones. There is also many events available to support family members through this process, that is so great for the family. I also feel their Covid response is appropriate, it takes steps to protect residents but still allows for visiting in the appropriate manner. I feel so lucky to have found Silverado and have this community for my loved one and myself.

The caring staff at St Charles Silverado of my loved one for the past 2-1/2 years has been well above expectations. The cleaniness of the facility, activities for the residents, food by the chefs and support staff are what we need for our loved ones needing this care.

The Silverado/Huntington facility came into our lives at the right time. My sister needed an emergency evaluation and a nurse from Silverado came to us within one day to start the process of placement. Because I live out of town, communication is all important. The manager and nurses are prompt in returning phone calls, and the receptionists are always so friendly on the phone. I can easily get updates on my sister, and I am quickly contacted regarding information that I need to know from the facility.
To have nurses on hand 24/7 is invaluable. Medical issues can be addressed promptly. There are outings and activities for the different stages of the residents, and a nice little garden in which to sit or walk. In addition, cleanliness always comes to mind when choosing a facility, and Silverado/Huntington seems very clean as are the residents.
Having this facility where my sister is well cared for and safe is primary for her needs, as we were unable to give her the necessary care at home any longer. It is never an easy decision to move a loved one into a facility, but I am very glad that we found Silverado!

I toured the Silverado in Lee’s Summit, MO while looking into facilities for my mother. Whitney Sparks was the individual who gave us the tour and all the information. She was very thorough and informative and we left feeling that Silverado LS might be an excellent choice for care for my mother.

Sierra Vista in Azusa helped us at our time of need. My mother who had Alzheimer’s was cared so loving by our father. After her passing our father soon was diagnosed and knowing the care he would receive at Silverado there was no hesitation. We lived houses down from the community and always felt at home. Its been years since his passing but our family will forever be grateful to Silverado.

As a vendor, I see the staff actively making sure the residents stay active through arts and crafts activities, exercise classes and entertainments. The residents are well dressed and well groomed. The facility is very clean. Staff are friendly and attentive to guests and residents.

Visiting our family member and seeing the progression of his disease can be a sad experience, but every visit we also see how well the staff treat him and take care of his needs. It is such a tremendous relief and comfort for my family. We are grateful that he is able to be a resident with Silverado and could not imagine getting through this tough situation without their help and expertise.

In my experience Silverado Beverly Place is the standard when it comes to Memory Care. They have terrific staff that does an amazing job at keeping their residents mentally, physically, and emotionally engaged. Time and time again I am impressed to see how engaged and happy the residents living at Beverly Place are. It's a testament to their team but also their philosophy of encouraging socialization and independence.

Southlake Silverado is amazing, the place is so beautiful and it makes you feel at home. I love the Staff, specially Jennifer, they all are so warm and very passionate of what they do. We love to work with other companies that also put their hearts on their seniors and make them feel important and well care.

Beverly Place takes great care of their residents regardless of the challenge. They go above and beyond to bring unique care into their building even if not provided directly by them for the benefit of the residents care.

Silverado Beverly Place is a great community that provides exceptional care to their residents and has great leadership team, I appreciate their partnership and would highly recommend their community to my clients.

I researched and toured several other Communities prior to my initial visit to Silverado Alexandria. All of the other communities I visited were assisted living communities with memory care units/wings. In all of those communities, the memory care units/wings were in spaces where the residents were in locked areas and unable to move about the rest of the facility without a caregiver or family member to escort them. It's as if the memory care residents are the most violent criminals who need to be separated from the rest of the inmates. While it may not be the best analogy, it's rather accurate. Since Silverado is a Memory Care only community, residents have access to the entire building, giving them a sense of freedom within the building. The Silverado philosophy of stimulating residents with programming designed to their ability is another advantage over other communities. Residents are divided into groups with those closest to their cognitive abilities for programs and activities, only the other communities I visited. While the initial transition to a Memory Care Community was far more difficult for my wife than most, She has started to settle in (she's only been there about six weeks as of this review) and not only beginning to do well, she has made new friends and I'm actually beginning to see her enjoying herself!! I have no doubt, Silverado is by far the best community for my wife given her diagnosis (Early Onset Alzheimer's).

I simply can't overstate how wonderful are the staff of Silverado Escondido.The caregivers takes care of my husband with the same kind of Love and compassion they would take care of their own family and Their commitment with the Residents is just remarkable. The
experienced nurse team is spectacular, they truly understand Alzheimer's and they are foccus in what is the best for the residents. I feel so lucky for having my husband there... The entire staff of Silverado are very experienced and all of then treat the residents with compassion and dignity. Thank you to the entire staff for taking such a good care of my husband.

My mom has lived at Silverado San Juan Capistrano Memory Care for over 4 years. The staff and other families have become like family to both my mom and me. Everyone knows each resident's name, from the cleaning staff up to the on site executives, and all residents are treated with love and kindness. Mom has been very happy there, and loves the other residents and all of the great activities that are provided each day. The food is amazing, as they have a wonderful chef!
I had been to many other memory cares before lucking out to find Silverado SJC. To me, Silverado is nicer than any assisted living I have seen, let alone memory care facilities. There are NEVER any strange smells, and it is just a beautiful place. The residents are free to go anywhere inside or outside, as they wish.....with the exception of the front door.
You must meet the adorable house dogs that live at Silverado SJC. There are also quite a few cats, and two lovely bird habitats. The residents feel very much at home with these pets (not the birds) wandering freely throughout the building.
The outside patios and green areas are lovely and very relaxing. Many of the residents can be found sitting outside chatting and drinking coffee with each other and with any visitors who may be there. As I said before, we are all just a big happy family at Silverado San Juan Capistrano.

My husband has been at Silverado for about 5 months now. At the time he was admitted, he was having issues with aggression associated with his Alzheimer’s. Lourdes (I call her “the cruise director”) and head nurse Jessica were so welcoming and willing to take on the challenge when other facilities wouldn’t even consider accepting him. Since then, they have worked tirelessly to help get him stabilized. They and the rest of the staff are genuinely so caring and compassionate. I feel my husband is safe now and happy as he can be in his new home. I would recommend Silverado Beach Cities to anyone I know who has a loved one who needs memory care. It’s so comforting to know they are in the best hands! ♥️

While we did not end up placing my parent at Silverado because it would have involved a long-distance move, I was so impressed with the sheer LIFE I saw in this place. The staff are warm and friendly and the residents I saw seemed happy to be there. I spent well over an hour with Stephanie, their family ambassador, and I could tell she genuinely loves her job. She knew residents by name and had something sweet to say to everyone. They reciprocated with warmth and affection.
I'd visited a number of other memory care facilities, and Silverado Beverly Place was definitely a cut above the rest.

I vetted at least eight communities for my father before finding Silverado Frederick. From the moment I stepped into the brand-new building and met the staff, I knew that this would be the perfect place for him. Everyone that works there is professional, compassionate, and dedicated to the residents. And did I mention Wilma? She is a rescue dog that was adopted by the community and is the cutest and sweetest pup! She brings my dad so much joy every time he sees her. I visit at different times on different days and the staff always has something fun going on for the residents...group exercise class, ice cream socials, and Friday happy hour. Silverado Frederick has been a godsend for our family and I would recommend it for anyone who has a loved one in need of dedicated memory care.

I cannot fully express my gratitude for all that Silverado has done for my dad. When we first arrived at Silverado of Frederick, my father was not in a great place mentally. He has an early-onset form of dementia that has progressed rapidly and is very young (63 years old). He did not have a good experience at his previous assisted living, forcing us to find a new place for him. We were uneasy about another assisted living as he had harbored some distrust after his experience in the previous facility, along with needing an increased level of care.

Within a few weeks, Silverado of Frederick brought back the joyful, funny, and charismatic person he is today. The love, attention, and patience from the staff at Silverado of Frederick have been unlike anything we have seen in our last few years of working with caregivers. My family is grateful for their work and hope they all know what a positive impact they've had on our family.

Silverado Escondido has been a breath of fresh air after a difficult experience at another Memory Care facility in Del Mar. The staff - from caregivers to nursing staff to Administrators - have been exceptional in not only meeting ADL needs of my dear friend, but expanding their engagement to understand the uniqueness of each resident's likes and needs that supports a more fulfilling life. The staff also knows those of us who frequently visit by name and proactively provide updates on specific happenings or concerns. They are accessible, attentive and also adept at managing episodes of agitation. My friend is always well-groomed and his room is consistently clean and organized. I appreciate the patience and compassion that is consistently exercised and would recommend this facility to anyone.
