Silverado Thousand Oaks is a great size and a beautiful location. It is very well run. We are very happy with the care our father is getting. The doctor in charge has changed his medication and our dad seems so much better since he got there. They are a memory care community which is great because everyone there is trained in this specific illness. The residents are kept engaged by wonderful people. All level residents are welcome and Silverado does it's best to pair residents who are at the same stage of memory care.
We looked at other places thoroughly and liked Silverado Thousand Oaks the best. We are so happy with the staff, nurses, caregivers, everyone in charge. The community is open to our needs and attentive to our dad. We feel comfortable knowing he is there safe and well cared for. What a relief when you finally find a great place for your loved one.

Silverado Beach Cities has great staff who are very compassionate and thorough with the care of their residents. They are very receptive to what works best for our loved one and open to try different things. The facility is clean and they have taken great care in making sure the rooms and local gathering areas are warm and inviting. It has brought me and my family peace of mind knowing that their level of care is one of the best in the South Bay!

My mom has been at Silverado for 4 months. She has been well cared for by all the staff there from front desk receptionists, engagement specialists, caregivers, therapists, chef, kitchen crew, housekeepers, social worker and in house nurses. They have responded quickly and effectively to all my concerns. Having a family member with dementia is one of the hardest things anyone will experience. Having Silverado on my side has been life changing.

My 98 year old mother has been a resident at the Beach Cities community for just over one year. She feels like it is her home now and that the staff and the residents are her family. She loves that the staff refer to her as Grandma. We feel fortunate to have found Silverado Beach Cities. My mother has received excellent care and we appreciate the entire staff!

Silverado Thousand Oaks is an amazing place to have your loved one live. My mother has been there for almost 2years. The staff is amazing! They treat everyone like family. This location is always clean and smells great.

I am a member of the clergy. I am in and out of nursing homes and senior care facilities weekly. I have had three people enter Silverado St Charles and I think it is the best facility I have ever encountered. The building is spacious and the rooms are sunny and open. The staff is responsive. There is a team approach where everyone works together to meet the residents needs. Activities are fun and it is not surprising to visit and find a group of residents playing games, laughing and enjoying each other's company. Silverado is the best Senior Care Facility I have ever worked with.

Silverado Southlake has been a blessing to our family. From the moment we took a tour of the facility we knew Silverado Southlake was a special place that goes above and beyond for their residents and families. We have felt supported and encouraged and I cannot say enough good things about all the staff that works there. Each person who works there feels called to serve and it shows from the front desk to the caregivers to the activities to social work! Grateful to have a safe and loving place for our family member.

I cannot say enough about Silverado, Thousand Oaks!! When my mom was in crisis and I had no experience dealing with Memory Care they jumped right in and helped in so many ways to get what was needed and after she arrived they have been Excellent to Outstanding!! The facility is beautiful and kept so clean and welcoming and the staff from the Administration to the landscape technician's and everyone in between are so helpful and friendly and treat my mom like a Queen. I never worry about her living there she is in such great hands.

I have been very impressed with Silverado San Juan Capistrano. The property is lovely and staff is friendly and well-trained. They are the experts in caring for residents with dementia. I love the pet-friendly atmosphere and the activities.

I am writing this to tell everyone about how amazing Silverado is as a company. I am an Alzheimer's advocate and interface with many families and Memory Care communities. I placed my Mother at Silverado when it was time and she spent 7 years there until she passed on Hospice at Silverado. Those years for her were the best years she loved the staff and she was happy and well cared for. I can say honestly no one cares for those with AD like Silverado. The staff greets everyone by their first name every time they walk by it might seem small to you but it makes the residents feel at home. The nurses and caregivers' and Culinary are amazing. Silverado San Juan, Newport Mesa all the ones in Orange County are amazing. I believe the care there actually extends their life just a bit longer. The families are happy and they experience less stress because of the comfort of knowing their loved ones are always being cared for 24/7.

Silverado has taken care of many people that I have referred there from my own family to people that I work with. I have been very happy with the care and atmosphere overall.

For the past 10 years I have seen the wonderful services provided for Seniors with dementia. Being in the senior care field, when you are trying to find the best match for a loved one with dementia, it can be a stressful and very emotional process. The team at Silverado The Huntington truly helps in making the transition for both, the family and their loved one, a process filled with professionalism, understanding, care, and the knowledge to ease some of the concerns associated with the transition.

The Family Ambassador, Stasha Provitt helps guide the process during the initial interaction and really does get to know you and your loved one, becoming a trusted contact and friend once your loved one becomes a resident.

Once a resident, Arienne Ghammangne will lead her team of caring nurses and custodial care personnel in ensuring your loved one is receiving the best care possible in a comfortable, safe, homelike environment.

All of this wonderful caring service is overseen by the Community Administrator, Rochelle Carpio who leads the community by example, showing all of her residents, family members and staff respect, dignity, and care.

I have been searching for a local Mental care residence for a dear friend who unfortunately has advancing Alzheimers. Silverado gave us a wonderful vibe. On our visit, they truly displayed so much compassion, and a personal interest beyond any we have seen. They have music therapy class, they had a shadow box outside each client's door with a snapshot of their lives. Even "therapy dogs and cats" for all to love on. The food was super. What a great experience that would be an easy choice to recommend. David Koffs
