Silverado is great!! I truly believe they are the standard for residential facilities. They make sure the residents have a full, fulfilling schedule with things like music therapy and exercise. All the staff are incredibly informed, caring, and engaging. Shout out to Maggie, the social worker of Silverado! She makes sure the families are involved and informed and is amazing!

Silverado Beverly Place is very well run facility. We are music therapists that conduct weekly musical Shabbat services at Silverado Beverly Place. We could not be happier with our treatment from the Staff and residents. It is such a pleasure to provide services. Thank You!

I had to move my mom (Ruth) into a memory care facility. A friend recommended Silverado Lee's Summit, MO. I went and toured, loved it, signed the papers and moved her in.

I love Silverado's approach to taking care of our family members that have memory problems. I can tell that all the staff truly cares about the residents and does everything they possibly can to take care of them.

I go see mom every day and I feel like she is at home and they are glad to see me as well. They even ask how I'm doing.

I am so very thankful for the Barton Springs Silverado. It took me almost a year to visit all of what Austin offered and I can unequivocally recommend Silverado. Mama is very happy which makes me very happy! Being out of town is difficult and it is wonderful to know that she is well cared for!

My parents moved into Silverado at Barton Springs in Austin, Texas 2 years ago. My father passed away in January 2022 and the staff at Silverado was wonderful. They have since taken such good care of my mother. In two years, she has never had to leave the facility to go to the hospital or a doctor's office! She is happy and we are so fortunate to have placed her at Silverado.

My visit to the Escondido facility was an invitational prompting. I was very impressed with the staff participation and the tour of the facility. Talking with residents during my visit, confirmed the care and attention that Silverado contributes to the welfare of the residents. It is a facility that I would give an A+ rating in all areas of interest.

My mother has been a resident at Silverado Barton Springs in Austin for 2 years. I met the entire staff on my visit and explained the situation with my parents. We had two caregivers 24/7 for my parents at an assisted living facility to help them with their daily needs. I did not believe the staff at Silverado when they told me we would not need additional caregivers but they were right.

My mother is in a wheelchair and the caregivers make sure she gets out of her room for every meal and many activities in the morning. She is always in a good mood when we see her.

I highly recommend Silverado Barton Springs in Austin.

When I toured Silverado Escondido, immediately you could observe the warm, secure and clean environment, it was the deeper layer, after touring that reviled the caring, kind and engaged staff that really set them apart from others. If considering placement of a loved one I highly recommend taking a tour.

I am a huge fan of Silverado. Much of the work I do is with seniors and I experience a lot of memory care communities. Silverado has an incredible staff, wonderful facilities, and an elite level of care.

My sister is experiencing her second-year anniversary this week at Silverado Hermann Park in Houston and myself, family and friends cannot say enough good words about her time at the location. She loves the staff and always has such great things to say about them all. She loves the environment and activities, inside and outdoors, such as exercises, dancing, crafts, gardening, long walks, and more.
There is always such consideration for the family with visits and other. With Holidays and special occasions, Silverado staff have gone beyond expectations with decorations, food and activities that the family members are encouraged to join in with the residents. It is such piece of mind to know my sister is happy and well cared for, but also entertained and her special needs attended to as her condition and emotions are always changing. Thank you, Silverado for a great two-year experience and the years to come in our long-term care and relationship. The location deserves more than five stars. Thank you again!

On our first visit to check out Silverado, as soon as we walked in, everyone was so very kind and understanding of our emotions. When we were given the tour; every question was answered in detail. We saw that all of residents were very well cared for; well groomed with clean, fresh clothes, not pj's or robes. The entire facility was just as clean, and is cleaned on a daily basis. Silverado has a lot of different activities to help with their physical and cognitive abilities and they love these activities, too. The residents can go anywhere they want to go, except out the front door. Silverado has daily/weekly field trips!! They have Guests entertainment; dancing; musical instruments; and arts and crafts, just to name a few. Everyone that works with the residents are fully trained in Alz care and it shows in their patience they have and the proper way they physically handle and care for the residents.

When we moved my father in, as soon as he arrived, he was swept away. After we signed the paperwork and advised the intake person of his meds, we looked for my father and found him already participating in one of their activities; it was wonderful to see him light up, again! He has been living at Silverado for almost a year; I can visit 24hrs a day, if I wanted. Now, I can go out of town knowing he will be bathed more than once a day, as needed, after each of his incontinence accidents. He is well groomed; well fed; and most importantly, he has quality of life, again! For my father, there is no other place, but Silverado! Oh, by the way, it's affordable, too.

My mom moved into Silverado Southlake February 13th and we were so concerned we were doing the wrong thing but after seeing the smile on her face, getting involved in dancing, painting, cooking, and make new friends, we are convinced Silverado Southlake is the place for her. The staff is always available and helped us understand the way to make this transition the least confusing for her. Her cognitive test score even went up a point from a year and a half ago when she was tested by her primary care physician in St Louis. I know her being active and engaged has helped her live a now full life. All the pictures we get makes me so happy we chose Silverado Southlake!

Care is the operative word, here. I am a musician who has been performing for the wonderful residents of Silverado Beverly Place for many years, singing songs and telling stories, engaging the residents to connect with their memories through music. When I say "care" is the operative word in Silverado Memory Care, it's about the exceptional care I've seen the staff provide the residents and the truly heartfelt way the staff cares for each and every one of them. The time I spend at Silverado Beverly Place is a highlight of my week. The bright smiles, the joy and the residents' laughter feeds my soul. I'm grateful to the staff for creating such a phenomenal community for the residents where they feel so free to express themselves through the power of music. I am honored to be part of that community every week.

I have worked with the staff at Silverado for over 3 years. They take amazing care of their residents and always have their best interest in mind. Silverado feels like a “family” and treat their residents as such!

Three years ago, my medical colleagues recommended Silverado/Calabasas for my sister who was diagnosed with dementia. The excellent health care and personal attention they have provided has far exceeded my expectations. I will continue to refer my friends,associates and patients to this facility.

From the moment we inquired about Silverado, we knew we found our "family". The Admissions staff was so kind, caring, thoughtful & respectful as they handled this delicate & emotional transition. The staff explained the application process, financial process, a view intoi what a "day in the life of a resident" would look and sound like, explained how our loved one would be cared for by the medical staff as well as the activities they would engage him in, provided us with a tour of the facility, and introduced us to the staff who were present. We were pleased our loved one would be one of the first three "a Founding Member".
During the 5 months our loved one was a resident, we felt heard and respected. If there was a question on a procedure or finances, the staff took the time to research and responded back to us in a timely manner. We never felt they rushed or brushed us off.
I would be remiss if I did not mention how wonderful the Chef, Receptionist, Maintenance, Engagement Activities staff to the Nursing Assistants and Nurses were. They went over and beyond their daily responsibilities each and every day (and night). We appreciate all of them!
Unfortunately, our loved one passed during the 5th month. Members of the staff who could attend, paid their respects during visitation. A month later, they are still checking in on us and including us in their communication.
The family cannot thank the staff at the Frederick, Maryland Silverado Memory Care Facility enough for their compassion. We appreciate each and every one of them.

This facility stands high above the rest. This feels like home; with residents able to personalize their space, friendly pets to greet you, and a staff that cares.. after my tour I would be more than comfortable, happy to have a loved one here.

Silverado Memory Care on Hayworth is a gem. My 97-year-old mother was there for almost a year and they couldn't have been more responsive and helpful. The staff is so kind and the physical therapy team led by Krikor is beyond amazing. I would heartily recommend this facility to anyone who has an aging parent with memory loss or needs physical therapy.
