The staff are warm, caring, and go the extra mile to ensure residents feel safe, loved, and have fun! There are so many themed group activities, and you can tell residents are having a good time from the ear-to-ear smiles on their faces.

After you visit Silverado Memory Care & Hospice of Escondido, you too will wonder why anyone would ever consider placing their loved ones elsewhere. Silverado Memory Care & Hospice of Escondido is home to the whole family. The staff is warm & welcoming with the visitors as well as the residents. The atmosphere is very inviting, the facility is clean, and the rooms have a comfy-cozy feel to them. The residents were enjoying activities & entertainment while I was there. During your visit, take note of the many smiles throughout the home. These smiles are a reflection of the home itself and of course the team of staff members/caretakers that make everyone feel loved & important. The residents are happy at Silverado Memory Care & Hospice of Escondido.

I had the pleasure of touring Silverado Memory Care. I first learned about the communities and Silverado’s care model from Shannon Mann. I also had the pleasure of meeting Taylor, the Administrator. I was so impressed with both of their knowledge, passion, and what was shared, that as an educator and psychologist I had to see it in action. The place is beautiful and the care appeared excellent, but what made it extra special was the team and the love towards the residents that I witnessed. I would recommend Silverado Beverly Place to anyone needing memory care.

Silverado Beverly Hills - did a tour with my sister for my Mom with Stephanie and met Taylor too. Place is well organized and staff are friendly. Food looks good too. Good aura for seniors. We will definitely consider this place for our Mom.

I had the pleasure of visiting Silverado Southlake and have to say that I was incredibly impressed. I have been to several facilities in the area and Southlake stands high above the rest.

I was greeted by such a warm and kind receptionist who made me feel immediately seen and heard.

The staff was so helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I really felt like they went out of their way to make sure all of my questions were answered.

The environment was clean, cozy, and "home-like" which is so important to my family and I.

I highly recommend Silverado Southlake if you are looking for a loving and caring community.

Silverado Southlake is amazing in every way. The staff are very dedicated to the wellbeing of residents of the facility.

Silverado Southlake is the most professional memory care facility in the DFW area. They have amazing staff who truly care about their patients whom live with dignity in an open environment.

I toured Silverado in Beverly Hills about 10 days ago for my mom. We had looked at 2 other places before and this place looks much cleaner than the other 2. We spoke with Stephanie and Taylor and I could tell right away that both are highly professional when it comes to dealing with old people with dementia. The facility seems to be very organized. They have a spacious kitchen and my mom loved the food.

Late stage demensia patient transitioning to hospice care team after about 10 years living in Silverado. Care has always been excellent and management accomodating requests from family. Both regular staff and hospice team continue to provide services with no apparent attitude of neglect. Staff exercise patience when explaining to family members who
repeatedly refuse to accept reality.

Wonderful caretakers, nurses and fantastic directors and activities people. This community is happy and engaged.

Silverado Beverly Place is full of friendly staff! They are knowledgeable in their jobs and caring towards the residents. They always have a smile on their face. It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to experience this wonderful place as a intern.

Silverado by far is filled with wonderful staff who care deeply for the well- being of the residents.

I did my 2020/21 MSW graduate program with Silverado Beveryly place, what stood out the most to me was the absolute hands-on experience with the residence. The multiple programs, facilitators, and of course the implementation of said programs by the attending staff members, assured that each resident of Silverado Beverly Place was engaged in some way through out the day. Not only did this challenge the resident cognitively, it afforded them with a greater sense of independence and quality to their lives.

As for me, the Staff, Director(s), Manager and of course my MSW Supervisor, were more than generous and accommodating when it came to my multiple questions... and I had a lot of them.

I would highly recommend Silverado Beverly Place for those seeking a "Quality of Life" for their family members and for those seeking higher education and employment within the Memory Care field.

It is truly about the people!!

The love and compassion the staff (at all levels) has for the residents is astounding. For them, it is not a job. Everyone has a passion to get to know and care for the residents. Silverado in Southlake is clearly the residents' home and everyone is a guest. This results in total dignity and respect for the residents.

We have visited many communities and Silverado is a true gem. We are very pleased with our decision.

Lauren Shook has done a good job at creating a safe and thriving environment for people suffering from Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Their program engages the mind and keeps the senses alive. I also like how they rescue animals and incorporate them into their therapy for seniors.

Interning at Silverado was the best experience. They have such great, loving, and caring staff who treat their residents like family. Silverado deserves all the accolades and awards!

Silverado Beverly Place is a great place for aging loved ones to receive the personalized care they need. Whether their need is physical or psychological, the staff ensures to keep them stimulated and entertained according to their abilities and interests!

I LOVED interning at Silverado Beverly Place. The staff, the residents, the activities, the families were all so welcoming and it truly felt like a big family. The little doggies running around were a huge plus.

Beverly Place offers fantastic care for all residents within the community. Staff is given the opportunity to participate in resident's lives in a meaningful, hands on way that shows how much the company cares about both staff and the residents. Being a part of Beverly Place was an invaluable experience and truly affirmed my passion and love for my career!
