My Mother was in an assisted living residence out of state. When she needed to transition to memory care I wanted her near me in Los Angeles. I interviewed many places. When my friends and I went to Silverado Beverly Place we were greeted by an amazing team and Stephanie the family ambassador. When we saw a dog walk out of the elevator greeted by other resident's dog it was the game changer. My mother was an animal lover and advocate and we knew this was the place. It was very stressful moving mom to Los Angeles. Stephanie assured me everything "will be good, we have everything prepared." When we arrived mom's room was beautifully arranged, all of her paintings and belongings were in place. Moving my mother into memory care was an extreme experience. The amazing staff at Silverado helped us through... walked us through every step of the transition. I visit my mom 3-4 times a week and I've never seen her in her room. She's always engaging in the activities...cooking classes, art, vocal, flower arranging, educational lectures. As difficult as it is having my mother in memory care, I feel safe and celebrate those with dedication. Thank you to Stephanie, Blanca, Jorge, Daniel, Maria, Melissa, Krikor and everyone. You've taught me so much.

I visited Silverado in Asuza a week ago because I am looking for a place for my Father. I was very impressed with how clean the facility was. Every staff that greeted me are very helpful and respectful. and answered all of my questions. I can see that they take so much pride and joy in caring for elders. I have visited other assisted living in the area and this one feels more like home for my Dad. I love how they have different activities for all their residents and I love how they also have a pool for residents to use. This will be a good fit for my Dad and I know that putting him here will also be the best choice. I will definitely consider this place for my father. Thank you Silverado Asuza for showing me what a great facility should look like.

We were invited in the Azusa location for St. Patrick’s day celebration. I was visiting from out of state and my Mom asked if we wanted to go visit Nana. It was my first time seeing where my nana is after being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s years ago. I was surprised to see what this place had to offer. I could not believe that a place that actually cared for their patients exist. The patients smelled amazing, they were all clean and groomed, everyone is engaged and happy and they were all treated with dignity and respect like they were not patients at all. The staff all looked like they were really enjoying what they were doing and you can see how passionate they are, they knew each and every one of the patients and they knew the families as well.
I could not believe a place like this actually exist. If all elder homes are like this, I would look forward being growing old. Visit well spent.

The staff and Silverado Escondido is very warm, caring and genuinely concerned. I appreciate how they encourage residents to have family pictures and personal items that provide comfort. They also have events that includes family members and provide wonderful celebrations as well. They meet the resident where they are and create a care plan the suites their personal needs.

As a community partner I have always enjoyed my visits and events at Silverado communities. The staff are always kind and welcoming to the visitors. More importantly they put their residents care before anything else. I would recommend Silverado communities to family and friends and clients.

Visiting Silverado North Shore is always a pleasant experience. I have one resident living there for the past few years. The staff is always makes me feel welcomed and I never had a negative interaction with any of the staff. They are always ready to assist family members in any way, are very well prepared for this area of health care and care for each resident in
a loving and kind manner. Important information arrives frequently via e-mail regarding my family member and the facility in general. Family members are invited to attend special activities arranged for the residents. The many windows provide a well-lighted interior Common areas are very spacious and resident rooms are satisfactory and can be made comfortable with personal items. Choosing Silverado North Shore has been a blessing and is providing excellent care for my family member. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to others.

My loved one lived at the Azusa community for some time. We had tried several other places only to get calls in the middle of the night. Once we placed my mom the calls stopped. If something did happen, the call would come but only to reassure us that all was handled.
We no longer go to Azusa since moms passing but how we miss all the workers from the moment you walked in, the office ladies, activity girls, the cleaners, the food and the residents made us feel like we chose the right place.
Soon after we arrived COVID hit and although we were not able to enter the community we did get to see mom through the window. The parties we attended pre-Covid were some of the best memories we have of mom and the photos we now cherish.

This place is amazing! We had to move my dad in pretty quickly and Silverado accommodated everything we needed. The staff is amazing and my dad said he loves this facility. I highly recommend!

Silverado Escondido is a trusted partner in the senior living community. We have referred families to Rick Topete and his staff many times over the years and we simply would not be a trusted resource without their name at the top of our list. Not only are they quick to answer questions, but they are super responsive when families need help. The staff is passionate about taking care of our seniors. They are caring and loving and the longevity of the staff shows that they have the right people in their leadership. The grounds and the buildings are beautiful and clean. Silverado Memory Care & Hospice of Escondido is a community I would be confident placing my most cherished loved ones. I know they would love them as I do.

Driving to the Sierra Vista community is so refreshing as it is lined with palm trees and the mountains make the most beautiful backdrop.

Entering the front doors you are greeted with smiles. The community embraces each visitor with kindness.

Silverado at Southlake is an amazing building. Not only is it clean but the staff there are very helpful. Ashley was very helpful with all my questions.

My husband had become aggressive and wandered. After 10 years of caring for him alone, I knew I needed help and admitted him to a what I considered was a reputable memory care facility in July, 2022. He only was there for 5 nights. The first night they had me come back and stay with him because he was uncontrollable. The second night he pushed down another resident and both he and the other resident were sent to to the hospital. My husband went back to the memory care facility the 4th night and fell asleep in the common area. The fifth night he was uncontrollable again and twisted the arm of a caregiver to the point they initially thought it was broken. My husband then was sent to a psychiatric hospital. After 2 weeks in the Psychiatric hospital he was ready to be released, but I knew he would need a level of expertise not common in the memory care world. God answered prayer and I found Silverado Southlake.
The professionals and caregivers at Silverado Southlake have been an answer to prayer in so many ways. They have kept my husband safe, but also have given him a home where he feels like he belongs. They have adjusted his medications to keep his aggression in check, but also allow him the ability to be himself. So many care facilities medicate patients to the point that they can barely function. That is not the case at Silverado Southlake. My husband thinks he is a project manager at the facility and the staff allow him to exist in his reality. They have let him attend staff meetings where he stands with his hands on his hips and takes in what is said. I visit regularly and the staff has become part of our circle. I have witnessed many examples of kindness to both residents and their families. Never have I witnessed anything short of loving concern. The facility is clean and appealing, the food is good and they pride themselves in giving residents freedom to be themselves. There is a beautiful outdoor pavilion where you can sit with your loved one and enjoy nature.
I could not give a more positive recommendation. They have answered my prayers to find a home for my husband where he could feel valued in his last days. I will be eternally grateful for all the kindness we have been shown and highly recommend it to other families facing the difficult decision of how to keep their loved one safe as the dementia progresses.

Since our uncle moved into Silverado Northshore almost 2 years ago, my sister and I have been very pleased with the kindness and professionalism that the staff has shown to him, as well as to us as family members! If the staff needs to reach out to us for any reason, they know how to contact each of us, so that we can work through questions and concerns about our uncle. And when we need to reach out to the staff, they are usually very good about getting back to us! This positive relationship means a lot to us, since we both live several states away from Northshore in Glendale, WI!

Silverado Red Rock in Las Vegas has continually been working productively with our dad in their Nexus program. Actively engaging him and involving him in short trips and activities. Despite his memory issues he is living a quality and happy life. Thank you for being there for our loved ones! :)

Silverado Southlake was an answered prayer for my loved one with a history of behavior issues. He settled down immediately and those issues ceased once he arrived. He has been there almost two years with no problems.
It’s a beautiful facility with lots of activities for the residents.
I love that they have common pets (dogs, cats and birds) for the residents to enjoy.
The many kitchen areas throughout the facility are stocked with fresh fruit and snacks that are available at all times.
And they really know how to throw a party complete with awesome food preparation.
But the best thing is that I don’t have to worry about my loved one. I know he is in good and caring hands.

Silverado North Shore has done a great job for my sister and our family. We know she is safe, well-fed, has her personal needs attended to, and gets to participate in activities and events. The staff there have by and large been friendly, attentive, and open to questions about policies and procedures. In visiting there, we have never felt less than welcomed, never rushed nor herded. The feeling at Silverado North Shore is less institutional and more home-like, which was a great relief during my sister's transition from living at home to living in a "different home." There's great interaction amongst the clients, and freedom to explore the grounds. Well-behaved pets are welcome to visit, too, which my sister, as a long-time dog-lover, enjoys. There has been a bit of staff turnover but it doesn't appear to have affected the high quality of care.

I am a social worker who helps families find the best living community for their loved ones with memory impairment. This community offers the best quality of care for seniors who need memory care. The facilities are beautiful, the research-based programming is effective, and the staff is highly trained to meet the needs of your loved one. Highly recommend.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They make sure that residents feel at home. Their smiling faces always make me feel comfortable with my family being there.
