From the moment you enter the community of Silverado Escondido, each staff member ensures that you feel welcomed. All of the staff are thoroughly trained to handle even the most challenging behaviors related to dementia. I really don't know another memory care community that takes care of their residents the way they do at Silverado communities.

Taylor, Stephanie and Shannon are awesome to work with. They are dedicated and compassionate.

Continual focus on the patients and creating experiential programs to stimulate their brains. Wonderful care as well.

When I came to Silverado to visit my grandmother I was pleasantly surprised, I was greeted by the cutest little dogs when I first came in & my grandmother seems to be doing well & is very happy. The care givers are genuine and kind which obviously is something I feel is very important considering my grandmother is living there. I would recommend Silverado to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

I came to Beverly Place with a friend whose mother was placed there recently and it felt just like home! You assume awful things about places like this, but the warmth you feel as soon as you walk in those doors completely changed my mind! Seeing happy dogs running around & the sweetest employees caring for these residents made this such a positive experience. I would absolutely tell others about this beautiful place.

Beverly Place is unlike the rest! There are true angels that work there and once you visit, you just know that there's something special about the people that care for the residents. It's a tough disease but these group of individuals make it a little bit brighter for everyone. Thank you for all you do!

I first visited Beverly Place for their 25th anniversary celebration and had the privilege of meeting their entire management team along with their CEO Loren. Taylor and the team are a group of compassionate leaders who are changing the way memory care communities are run. The residents always seem happy and well cared for and the staff genuinely seem excited and proud to work there. It's refreshing to step foot into Silverado and see all of the smiles from the residents and staff who are there to greet you at the door. The cute little dogs strolling the halls are a plus too!

We donated a piano to Beverly place because the staff is nice, they provide a caring environment to the residents, it’s a nice nurturing community for both residents and families, in addition they have pets that give a warm welcoming feeling to the facility .

My team at Silverado has been like an extension of my family. They take care of my loved one,who is a handful! I'm updated weekly on his care and health. My special request regarding his diet,grooming and even how he is dressed are always honored.
Silverado is #1 in memory loss care because they take the extra steps to make sure all aspects of care are addressed.
Family is important and they understand that connection is important. Even my unexpected visits are expected, they have always treated my family like the most important family. It's been 6years since my loved one moved into his new home. I love Silverado Beverly Place!

Silverado Beverly place feels like home. As soon as you walk in there’s a warm welcome from Arlene and the music is always a hit. The staff are welcoming and all the pets running around is great to see. Resident are happy and that’s what matters most.

Silverado Beverly Place is an amazing place! The facility is watched over by the most kind and caring staff. The staff here is genuine and truly look after residents like they are family. I've have some clients who are residents here and I trust they are always cared for.

Taylor and Stephanie are so kind and welcoming. They are both incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and caring about the residents. Michelle and her activities team do an amazing job of creating fun events to keep residents engaged.

The kitchen staff, nurses and caregivers create a caring and loving environment but their personal touch separates them from other facilities.

I’m so pleased with Silverado Beverly Place. They are taking great care of my husband who has been there nearly a year. Everyone is so polite and willing to help. They have great services for the families to take advantage of as well. I am so grateful.

Silverado Beverly Place is our family. We are indebted to the entire staff across all departments for their expert loving care! For 97 year old Dad, and our family. In an industry where everybody promises the same thing, but it's hard for them to deliver, Silverado goes above and beyond. Their personalized, Dad-centric assessment and care as his needs and behaviors change daily. Nursing, caregivers, engagement, assistants and interns, the kitchen and maintenance and reception teams. The full time onsite PT and OT teams. And Management! These Angels are all personally committed to serving Dad and our family's needs and COORDINATE amongst themselves on our behalf. This "360 surround" coordinated care is uncommon and absolutely what we needed during our deepest moments of uncertainty, not-knowingness and sadness. I so appreciate the 1:1 communications, check ins, advice and commiseration sessions with management and staff. These Angels truly have become our family and made this very difficult stage of Dad's life beautiful for him and all of us.

My mom has lived at Silverado Beverly Place since 2017 and I can honestly say that it has been a gift to the entire family. She loves it there and we are grateful that she is safe, happy, and well cared for.

My mother has been at Silverado for about a year now. Most “memory care” facilities just put Alzheimer’s patients in a room and leave them there, but Silverado has The Loft program on the 3rd floor that has activities and field trips for them. They also have a bus that takes them around the city for their outings, to appointments, and they go on walks. It’s a bit more expensive than most, but you get what you pay for.

Silverado Beverly Place has provided excellent care to our mother for almost 3 years. They support our goals for her and communicate with us continuously about her status. The staff is extremely conscientious and very responsive to any concerns/suggestions we have. They have amazing activities and encourage all of the residents to participate according to their abilities and interests. The food prepared by the chef is delicious and family holiday gatherings are especially nice. We feel blessed to have our mom in such a wonderful facility with such caring staff.

Beverly Place is a community like no other. Their team is loving and dedicated to improving and maintaining quality of life for their residents.

I am so grateful for Silverado Beverly Place. I could not take care of my mother with the same compassion and attention to care as the staff does. Everyone is so kind and interactive with her. It is sometimes a difficult journey seeing a loved one with this progressive disease and I’m thankful to have a partner in Silverado to be there for me and my family, but most of all, to be there for my mother.
