I am an executor for a family estate in Coventry and live outside the UK. As part of these duties, I had to sell a house in Coventry so needed an agent that I trusted to be both ethical and responsive and could work with me long distance. I chose Shortland Horne to market & sell the house -Chris Gale and Jerell Hendricks did a good job of getting it positioned well on the market and we had lots of viewings and a fast offer. Once we moved into the contract process, I found Shelley Frain to be a great partner to help nudge things along and keep me informed in very timely way. We successfully completed the sale in July and I am so thankful for their professionalism, responsiveness and focus on my needs as their client. Would highly recommend this team.

He provided expert advice on what to value the property at. When the house was on the market the Sales Team provided regular updates on viewings. They also took responsibly for the keys and viewings as I live a distance away from the house.
