The pan I purchased didn't work; I have reported this customer services, but as yet, I have not been able to return the item and have not received a refund.

Good service and quick delivery BUT
Good service and quick delivery, however the rather expensive Air Fryer was actually faulty and would not work, which I did not discover for a couple of days until my wife tried to use it. By then the packaging was recycled and it was way too much hassle to send back - so it went in the bin too. An expensive lesson to buy local rather than online from the manufacturer

New iron received very quickly at v good price.,
Long term, I have issues with quality as I am now onto my 3rd steam generator iron after 1st one blew up, second one had water pouring out of steam holes after 2 years & 9 months & expensive. Am awaiting a repair which has cost £95 . This will be my last attempt with Tefal if this new one fails.

Great non stick pan

Wonderful little appliance
This arrived quickly and it is wonderful, I’m so pleased I bought it.
I live in a small bungalow which doesn’t have a lot of storage space so my ironing board has to live in the garage. I am 78 and find it quite difficult carrying it indoors.
I tried the garment steamer as soon as it arrived - a satiny blouse very creased because it had just arrived in the post; 3 ladies t shirts; 3 linen or cotton tea towels; 4 men’s hankies. All of this was done on 1 tank of water! The result was really good on all the fabrics (using the appropriate setting for each) and the only ‘problem’ was the hankies, which I ended up doing horizontally.
The new technique takes a little getting used to, but I was really pleased with the results, definitely comparable to that achieved using a conventional steam iron.
Thank you Tefal, it will make a big difference to my life!

Customer service was very patchy.
The first product I received was faulty. Customer services were excellent, arranged collection and assured me a replacement would be dispatched on receipt - but to allow seven days.
No problem with that.
It was collected Thursday and arrived at the warehouse Friday morning. I only know this because I checked the tracking, I didn’t get any notification.
When I had heard nothing by Monday I rang and was told that although it had been delivered it wasn’t receipted in and to leave it to the end of the week.
I rang Friday when I had still heard nothing and was told “it was in process”. By this time I was fuming, I still had no confirmation that the system said my (£300+) product had arrived. As I result I emailed and asked for a refund rather than a replacement.
No reply.
I rang Monday and was told a replacement had shipped on Friday- after I requested a refund.
They had no idea why I had not been notified.
Because the replacement had “shipped” they couldn’t refund me.
They checked the tracking and said that the return had been initiated but not shipped and gave me the tracking number and advised that I refuse delivery.
I didn’t get a dispatch notification
I didn’t get sent the tracking number
I got no notification from the carrier though their tracking said delivery would be Thursday.
I booked time off work
It arrived on Wednesday.
I’m not going through the fiasco again so I’ve kept the (working) product.
Having seen the reply. I have checked my spam.
There was no communication about receipt of the return, creating a new order or dispatch. The customer service agent I spoke to checked and could not understand why I was not notified.
