Eventually products arrived but won't rush to order on line again due to this poor experience

The product i find to be good.but the courier delivery service not very good. Yodel just lseem to eave the item with any neighbour on the street to achieve delivery. No other options seem available.to the point I had to return to the delivery property several times to retrieve my item

Very happy with my purchase from Tefal smooth from start to finish. Delivery was excellent as it came tracked through Royal Mail so I knew exactly when they were arriving and signed for them. The knives are great and make preparing food so much easier.

Very disappointed with Tefal customer…
Very disappointed with Tefal customer service.
My order has been missing for over a week and the issue is still not resolved. I have been waiting for an update and chasing customer service, but the response has been extremely slow.
I understand that delivery issues can happen, but I would expect a company like Tefal to deal with a lost order much more quickly and keep the customer properly informed. Instead, I am still waiting for a clear answer or a resolution.
It has now been over a week and I’m still left waiting. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service. I hope this can finally be resolved soon.
