A good product especially with the dual Controls
It seems to be a good product and heats up quite quickly as I have had a similar product which takes forever to reach temperature

Good quality
Simple ordering, customer service was efficient and helpful, delivered on time with a call half an hour before delivery. All packages and old mattress removed at no extra cost.

We've never bought a mattress online but took a chance and wasn't disappointed. Item matched the description, was well made, supportive & super comfortable. Communication throughout was great especially on day of delivery. Didn't realise just how much we needed a new mattress till we got one 😴

Poor customer service
Ordered a dog bed, the quality was terrible with no padding in the base. I sent several emails to return with no reply. Had to phone and speak to someone to arrange return. It’s now been 2 weeks and still no refund
