Great mattress, unbelievable value compared to many brands .Really supportive and gives a great night's sleep.
Excellent service too, plenty of updates regarding delivery and the delivery guys were brilliant, took shoes off and were there at the time quoted.
Using the mattress selector tool makes sure you get the right mattress for you.

Lovely firm but comfy mattress, just what we wanted. Delivery is quite slow but that is clear when you order.

The ordering system through the prompt delivery, taking away our mattresses was faultless.

I have 2 mattress’ and protectors and can not fault the products. Definitely worth every penny and recommend highly to anyone considering making a purchase

I have brought 2 mattresses from REM .
First one for me and really happy with the quality and the comfort and support I got from this mattress having previous back surgery and now being retired comfort is number one. There was a bit of an issue with delivery but REM sorted it and the rest of my order followed the following week fortunately the mattress came first so I was able to make the bed up. The second mattress was for my daughter who lives in her own home because she was suffering with a terrible bad back so I said I would treat her too a new mattress so she gets a good night sleep and doesn’t wake up in excruciating pain. Unfortunately this time the mattress topper and protector came first but no mattress and after another week I emailed and was told it had gone missing. The annoying thing was we had gone to the tip with my daughter‘s old mattress. So again, REM did sort a mattress and arrange delivery as soon as possible. I would’ve loved to have given five stars but they just need to sort out the delivery issue. I did ask the delivery guys why they would come all the way with Just a mattress protector in a big van with two delivery guys , they said they have to keep the warehouse empty so they have no choice. If they could just deliver it altogether on the delivery day arranged that would be the perfect solution. Would I buy from this company again ? YES because I can’t take away from the fact that this is by far the best mattresse I’ve ever had and just to let you know I am 66 years old so I’ve had a few in my lifetime .

Good efficient service and pleased with comfortable mattress.

Supposed to receive delivery of mattress today. DX delivered one dirty pillow. Unable to contact anyone. DX claim delivered every item. Rem fit say everything delivered. I have video doorbell showing delivery man with one pillow and stating no mattress in the van or at warehouse. Now disputing payment with bank to try get money back. AVOID SCAM COMPANY!!
Update 12/5 -received email to advise mattress would be delivered on the 18/5. Then received a phone call from a courier to say would I like it delivered today. Mattress came later that day. One delivery driver came so needed help to carry into house. I signed for it as label said the correct mattress that I had ordered. On opening up after driver had left it was obvious they had sent the wrong mattress. I received the basic cheap version and not the mattress I ordered which was double the price of the cheap one. I have since emailed again with photos requesting my money back. Also no pillows or protectors delivered as promised either. I would not recommend this company.

BEWARE!!

Ordered my mattress on the 15th April all good so far!
Initial delivery booked for the 28th received the text the night before informing me of my delivery the following day, on the morning of delivery received my delivery time slot, mins later received another message stating my order hadn't reached the depot and couldn't be delivered today and they would have to reschedule, tried to contact Rem-Fit and DX unable to contact via phone and speak to a human as that's way to convenient to solve issues, so email or automated live chat is your options waiting in queues or hrs on email for a generic reply! Eventually after much back and forth and different excuses to what was going on and requests for them to contact me via phone, a second delivery booked for the 3rd of May, that date came and went without any sign of DX or any communication, so back to email and live chat, apologies made and rearranged for the 7th, again another day off work booked 2 already wasted waiting for DX, the morning of the 7th I've had no communication from them to notify me of a time slot, by the time I managed to get some information from their live chat it turns out half my order had gone to Scotland (I'm in south Wales) and wouldn't be delivered today! My patience had run out by now and contacted Rem-Fit and requested a cancellation and refund.
Fri 8th of may, 1 day after I requested my order be cancelled and requested a refund, I received a message from DX notifying me that me delivery had been booked for the 11th, and then receive a phone call from a manager at DX saying they now had my mattress and could they possibly deliver it today, politely informed him that this order was now cancelled because of all the issues.
Subsequent emails from Rem-Fit stating the same as DX to deliver the mattress today or tomorrow, I declined and requested it be cancelled and a full refund issued. No reply.
11th of may 4 days after I requested a refund I'm still waiting, so emailed them again, generic reply thanking me for contacting them and when the received back my items and are inspected I will receive a refund within 14 days from then, umm I didn't actually receive any items DX still has them somewhere around the country! Just give me back my money!!

Update!.. so after 4 failed delivery attempts and finally agreeing to a full refund on the 11th of May, which wasn't started to be processed until the 15th! On the 22nd I get an email from PayPal stating the refund had failed, contacted Rem-Fit who low and behold blame PayPal, whom which I had already spoke to and that's not the case, this has left me not choice but to open a dispute case! Absolutely shameful company who appear to blame everyone else but themselves for their incompetence!

Bought a mattress and more from REM-Fit. No problems at all with REM-Fit.
Sadly the courier (DX Logistics) failed to sort things out properly with the delivery. I contacted REM-Fit about the issues and they were incredibly helpful and sorted things properly and professionally and quickly.
As for the mattress - it's really nice and just the right amount of comfort, I'm very pleased with it. I would definitely consider REM-Fit next time I need to buy a new mattress.

My daughter recommended the mattress to us and after trying hers out we decided to change ours too. Well what a great soft comfortable and supportive mattress. I’ve not slept so well for years.

So happy we went with this mattress! Customer service was excellent and it’s the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever had!

A mattress, mattress protector, 2 x pillows, 2 x pillow protectors, and the removal of my existing mattress were order on April 19th. I was given a delivery date of the following Thursday (23rd). Using the tracking details provided I watched the progress of the delivery van. When it pulled up outside my house I was presented only with the mattress protector.
I immediately contacted Rem-Fit to alert them to the fact that the majority of the order was missing. The reply was apologetic, and a promise that they would moniter the rescheduled delivery for the 28th.
On the 28th, the delivery van arrived with only 2 pillows!
I E.Mailed again informing Rem-Fit of the situation. I eventually received a phone callwhere I was informed that Rem-Fit don't hold their stock, it is all held by DX, so it isn't easy for Rem-Fit to know where the items are, they have to talk to DX. I was assured that they would be talking to DX the next morning to sort the situation out. All through the Wednesday Rem-Fit updated me on how they were trying to resolve the situation, at at the close of Business they told me the mattress would arrive on the 30th.
On the morning of the 30th I received a call from a courier to tell me he was on his way, but as he was coming from Kettering (I live in Cornwall) it would be at somepoint in the evening.
He arrived at just gone 19:30, and lo and behold, he had my mattress. In fact, his sole delivery was to get the mattress to me.
My experience has made me realise that Rem-Fit have a high reliance on DX for not just delivery, but on stock management, so any problems encountered with my order were difficult for them to manage until they could get through to the right people at DX.
I now look forward to my first nights sleep on my new mattress.

"Update" - having slept for two nights on my mattress I have achieved an excellent sleepscore on my smartwatch.

I needed a new mattress for an adjustable bed and in my search, must have checked nearly 50 different websites.

As soon as I came across REM-Fit, I was really impressed with their range, the reviews from previous customers, and the prices.

REM-fit offer mattresses for a fraction of the price of other mattress companies, yet the quality is just as good, if not better.

I decided on the 4000 Ortho Elite and can definitely say I've never slept so well and felt so comfortable and supported by a mattress. I fall asleep quicker, sleep longer and my sleep is of better quality. I am waking with no pains at all.

The delivery was also incredibly quick. My mattress arrived within a week.

I did a lot of research on mattresses and Rem were the best value. I'm delighted with the quality of the mattress, it's soft and supportive. Delivery was next day. Great service from the team.

Amazing product, great value for money competing with so many premium brands double the price! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

All was good except a couple of points, one, no coordination between new mattress delivery and old mattress removal, two, I would have liked more delivery updates rather than have to chase them up.
Otherwise I satisfied and now very satisfied with the goods.
