Replacement Parts Shop - Anglian Home Improvements Bewertungen

Excellent service. Quick delivery and price for replacement part.

Excellent service as always. Ordering replacement parts very straightforward and delivery pretty quick.

The replacement window handles were well packed and delivered promptly, although without notification of arrival.
The handles themselves are good quality but not exactly compatible with the ones they replaced because they are set at 45 degrees to the originals

Amazon can deliver in one day...Anglian took nearly three weeks to deliver a handle..!!

I received the parts I had ordered and the ordering process was straightforward.

Easy to order parts and delivered within a week. Thankyou

Ordering was simply, but everything else from there on in was tedious. Between sending emails it took anything from 3 - 5 days to get a response. I'm still waiting for a response on my refund. Anglian this is so disappointing.

Great quality gold window handle
Arrived on time too.

We have ordered replacement window catches several times over the years. Easy to order, quick despatch. Excellent service

I ordered replacement handle for my conservatory door, what has been delivered is handle for external door.
Consequently the hole in the plate is in the wrong position and is useless for my conservatory
I want the proper one and will return the one I have when I receive it.

Order delivered efficiently

correct replacement parts reasonably priced

The lock on one of our Anglian windows failed and we couldn't open, close or lock the window. We thought this would be costly to fix but instead a replacement handle was only £10.36, arrived in 7 days, and was easy for us to fit ourselves.

It was easy to use your site to order the spare parts I needed. Pricing was competitive and simple, so I was glad I found your site

Excellent and efficient service

Good quality replacement window handles, and at a good price.

Easy to select the correct replacement handles using the dimensions given. Parts arrived quickly by post. The locks on the window handles are metal and stronger than the plastic fittings within the old handles, which keep failing.

Wrong keys, I took the advice of your customer care line, when call for the guarantees, they assured me only one key, the keys, I ordered 4 keys. None, fit the windows, I gave all the information, and guarantee card. So excited when finally, keys arrived in the post, but they did not fit.

Online shop easy to navigate. Disappointed the length of time it took to arrive

The window handle didn't match the gold colour of our existing window handles
