Have not been able to order refills have emailed and received no reponse.

Company no longer replies to emails or from within the app. Can no longer get on their website to order pods. The app itself and devices still work for me; I fill up with a vinegar/water mixture.. that's all the pods were, anyway.

No true service that is helpful and from the very beginning of this disastrous purchase of four units, a lot of promises were made, but there was no follow-through at all. What a scam.

They don't honor their money back guarantee. Doesn't work past a couple of weeks

They stopped sending pods to me and I paid for the unlimited. No one from customer service will get back to me

I haven’t been able to receive pods in weeks!!! Unable to contact the company. I have not receive any shipments the inside of the toilets are dirty

Your company is a sham. You are out of business so basically your toilet cleaners are expensive paper weights.

You're out of business and left all your loyal customers swinging in the wind. Sad.

My shine assistant is not spraying anymore. There are white powdery substance accumulating around the base of the equipment. I’m not sure if due to process they use to create the cleaning agent, it also creating crystallization that causes blockade on the sprayer. I tried to communicate this to Shine team however I didn’t get any respond from them.

I, all of a sudden, can no longer get ahold of support. All three units stopped working and I also am not receiving my toilet paper anymore and I paid for the whole year!

Company seems to have gone out of business, rendering their expensive products useless.

It doesn't work and the company closed down without refunding it's customers. Can I give zero stats?

The unit works as advertise. The battery does need to be charged monthly

Total Rip Off - They are out of business and I'm out the money on three cleaners and a yearly membership.. Total trash.

The company disappeared without much notice, leaving me hanging waiting for an additional device ordered and not being able to use the annual pod membership more than once.

You must not follow up with your ratings. I have already done this once and my review is still the same, BAD!
No communication and no pods delivered. What good is the units if you cannot supply the pods.

Decent product idea, poor execution. The device works well with only a few flaws. The solution does its job. The customer service is ok, but the people are awesome. I'm beyond irritated that shine is going bankrupt and my last order of pods hasn't been fulfilled. I wish these things didn't depend on AWS so they could still be used once the service contract ends. I have had connection issues and the device sprays every time I use the bidet. If they added a "spray after x minutes past recent flush" option in the app instead of focusing on alexa integration, that would be awesome. Unfortunately, unless they come back from the brink of company death, that will never happen and it makes me sad.
