There is NO Shine Bathroom Team.
The Company is in Bankruptcy.
For months, loyal Shine owners were left hanging with NO Support, while the Company prepared to close its doors.
What a Disappointment

They are in bankruptcy, you can’t order pods.

The concept was great but the issues with the app, batteries, leaking units certainly had an impact on their ability to remain in business. Now that they have filed for bankruptcy I doubt this idea will return until somebody works out all the bugs.

They're no longer around. You can guess my review.

The app is terrible. I used to be able to order cleaning pods from it. Now I can’t. Even the contact support button doesn’t work. Would love for someone to contact me. It’s impossible to get a hold of an actual person. Fix those things and I’ll change my review, but as of now, not a happy customer.

No response. Company didn’t fulfill my subscription

Was a good product in essence, but they are not longer in business. NOt able to get more cleaning pods.

App is no longer letting me order replacement pods even though I paid for 1-year worth of pods. I have not been able to order any for a month.

Both of my systems had pump failures. If this indicative of quality of the components it's no surprise they went bankrupt.

The devices barely work. Support could not help and when I asked for a refund under their guarantee they ghosted me and removed me from their Facebook group.

Very unprofessional

My hose from the water hose to the shine has mold. Can that hose be replaced ?

Does not stay charged longer than two days. The iOS app is terrible and the common sense items on the app still do not function

At first things were good until they weren't. Nonresponsive and do not send refills.

Great Promise, but Failed. Late to non existent delivery. Constantly needed maintenance. App connection was terrible.

Like others, I love the product but customer service is nonexistent!!
Company is now defunct!
Have to make my own solution now.
Do not answer phones or emails.
Too bad, had promise.

Each of the three Shine cleaners I purchased have different issues:
One will intermittently connect, but mostly doesn't. The wifi signal strength is high with any other device in the same area.
The second does not spray much anymore, the motor is very weak even when the battery is fully charged.
The third will not connect at all, so it hasn't even been used.

Does not work. Can’t get a hold of any reps. What happened to this company?

Are they out of business? No response for months on requests on their customer service line. What's the deal?

The product has a lot of issues and their customer support is non-existent.
