High quality razors, great service, very handy!

The products are excellent, and I really appreciated Ruhama’s support when I decided to cancel my subscription — she was very helpful throughout the process.

Not a very good start to my subscription They took an unauthorized payment for an order I did not request I have mailed them three times and still have not heard from them. So far, an appalling service from this company

I emailed you several times, you DID NOT ANSWER!
I WAS NOT charged a “second time!” Shave kit charged me for products I DID NOT order!
Shave kit DID NOT “catch it before order was sent!” I refused the order from the delivery driver!
Shave kit DID NOT contact me, I contacted them!
I’ll tell you what you’ve missed sad shave kit, the truth and my custom! SHAME IN YOU AND YOU LIES!

I have told you, because of your lies, I will cancel my account with you! SHAME IN YOU AND YOUR LIES! Disgraceful behavior!

The products are very good and I found the service/assistance from Ruhama was very helpful when I eventually cancelled my subscription.

I have never had such a close , clean shave before. I would recommend the Shavekit products I will not be using anything else going forward.

Been with them since inception. The blades (SK-5 for me) have improved consistently and remain sharp for a week or more. The trimmer is handy. It is easy to delay or cancel the subsscription when overstocked (which is often for me), value is good, and sending two packs at a time cuts down on postage and packing. I like the cork-handled razors which have replaced the plastic handles.

Been with these guys for several years - great customer service and you can delay upcoming deliveries as often as you like.

If you have not tried the ShaveKit, you should. I have been a subscriber to ShaveKit for over 2 years now and I honestly can’t fault them. Their razors are solid and good, you get a good amount of shaves out of them and they don’t appear to dampen as quick as a lot of the main stream brand names we all know. I got tired of the ever-increasing costs of the name brands so ShaveKit was a breath of fresh air. Their products are good, not just the razors but shower gels and face washes to. Their customer service team is excellent and responsive, ordering is easy, if you want to change your order, their website is easily navigable.

I have always had great service from shavekit , orders arrive on time and the flexibility to change amount and content is so easy. I find the blades to be of great quality as was the few toiletries I have used . Have recommended shavekit to my friends and colleagues.

Stumbled across this service...but briliant! You get a warning every time a shipment is due to go, and if, like me, your beard doesn't grow strongly (thank feck), you can delay it... you don't get debiited unless you've had the goods, and it means I never forget to buy the stuff. You also get the odd freebie, which is nice, and the razors themselves (having tried many over the years), are excellent. Compfy, close, and don't wear out quickly. If I go away anytime, I always have spares. One of the only subscriptions I've ended up with, where I've not been hacked off and binned it. Keep it up boys, great concept
