I was not entirely happy when I discovered that I had inadvertently signed up for a subscription, by accepting a free trial. I don’t think that the company make it as clear as they could that this would be the end result, and I didn’t have time to cancel the subscription before my first parcel was shipped, and my account debited for £12.95. However, the company did do everything in its power to put my complaint right and Dan in customer service was really helpful.

I have been using Shave Kit for years. I always used to run out of foam or razor and the cost!!!
Changing to Shave Kit meant I was reminded when I was running out of kit. But more importantly, I get a much better shave with the Shave Kit cream and I have a smoother finish and softer skin.... All round win!!

Terrible product (blunt after 2 light shaves) and awful customer services, plus they took money for a monthly subscription I never signed up for knowingly (that must have had that buried deep in their text. I've checked twice and I still can't find it).

Beware of getting signed up to their monthly orders, as it takes so long and so many hours to get taken off, because they delay and delay by phone and email.
Get a proof of postage if you send the product back.

Great service regarding supply of blades at a reasonable price and free new handle, very pleased!

Very pleased with the service from Shavekit. They always respond promptly to emails and it is very easy to control supplies of blades. The quality of their blades is excellent, and I have tried numerous other brands, they also last mush longer than I had anticipated. The cork razor handle is a boon, if like me, you shave in the shower and a plastic handle is too slippery.

I have been using Shavekit for 9+ years. Great quality blades. Good customer service. Flexibility to easily change order frequency. Good company ethics.

Had a Free trail Shaver sent it was ok like a 2 week old Mac3, not great not smooth.
next I see I have a set to pay for as a subscription which I had no idea about. No do I like them? and would I like to order more? they just send them and then have to pay to send back

I've been using Shavekit for too many years to remember. The shave is great and the company super helpful.

These razors are truly the best, no cuts and very smooth. Communication with staff is first class too. Highly recommend.
