Just had a full dressing room installed. Throughout the process Sharps kept us up to date. The designer Claire was excellent and designed the room we would never have thought of. Now it is fitted big thanks to Claire for her vision, we really like it. The two delivery guys were absolutely excellent, courteous and very careful not to damage any walls etc. big thanks to them. It took three days to fit and our fitter Jordan Burgess not only did a fantastic job but is a credit to Sharps. Hard working, polite, professional and engaging. When we have another room done we will be requesting both Claire and Jordan.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received, especially from Luke Burrow’s, who came to build my new furniture.

Luke was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, polite, professional and genuinely took pride in his work. He was extremely careful, paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was fitted perfectly before he left.

It’s not often you come across someone who is so pleasant and clearly takes pride in doing a great job. Luke is a real credit to Sharps Bedrooms and deserves recognition for the excellent service he provided.

We've just used Sharps to fit some storage underneath our stairs. Overall, the experience was reasonable. Communications with the company throughout was excellent and the customer service team were friendly, helpful and professional.
The fitting was completed by Jimmy Pirie who made what could have been a disruptive and intrusive process relatively straightforward. He's done a cracking job and grafted really hard in a small confined area to get the job done. He was also keen to ensure that we were content with job at every stage.
Unfortunately (and the reason for the 3 star review), the original survey estimated for a day's job but in the end it took 2 full days to complete. Considering that the job also started a day later than planned (changed by Sharps at very short notice) this caused us some level of disruption.
That said were more than happy with our finished storage units.

Jimmy was professional and friendly, with excellent attention to detail throughout. He took great care with the work, and the quality of the finish is superb. Everything was fitted beautifully, and both rooms were left clean and tidy when the work was complete.

It’s clear that Jimmy takes real pride in his work, and the finished bedrooms look fantastic. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Andy was excellent, worked swiftly and tidily. I only wish you would take away your rubbish. This changes an outstanding experience into a pain in the neck.

Andy Benison is an EXCELLENT installer - he left the place clean and worked super hard to perfect his work. We did lot feel him working at home and he was extremely considerate. Thank you Andy!!

As usual good quality install and product from Sharps. Steft Arthea Choptiak worked very diligently. Kept door closed with little noise and dust. Really pleased with my wardrobe.
Only minor complaint was one of the door edges looked as if there was adhesive along the edge. However a brisk rub with a cloth removed this.

Had a tv unit fitted, which I’ve wanted for some time. Service from beginning to end was very professional. Looks amazing! Big thank you to Kevin Thorley who fitted the unit for us, worked non stop and did a fantastic job!

Very hassle free and smooth experience. The wardrobes look great and were fitted with much care and attention by Martin Stephens who was able to make adjustments to suit our needs the best.

Excellent company. I am delighted with my new bedroom, it looks amazing. Everyone was very professional and know. My fitter - Neil Dawson- did a fantastic job, he was polite and friendly. He was an exceptional worker, making sure I was kept up to date with how the work was going. The finish is first class , he is a very professional worker

Our wardrobes look even better than expected! Mark tidmarsh worked so hard over the 2 day fitting. Everything has been done with precision and expertise and he left no mess at all. He clearly has a wealth of knowledge and is a credit to sharps.
Everything arrived when it was supposed to and now the furniture is fitted it looks amazing and is of a very good quality. We had good service from Rick when purchasing and the surveyor was also very good.

The end result is just what we wanted and met our expectations for quality and service. The fitter Danny was an absolute star, the quality of his work was top notch, he managed to work in a tight space, made little mess and cleared up after himself. There were a couple of minor issues with some small details on the plan but Danny quickly and easily resolved these. Everyone we have dealt with both in person and over the phone, from our initial enquiry in the showroom to the final calls from the office have all been very helpfull and knowledgeable..... a credit to the company. A really good quality product, well fitted by Chris Shaw. He left the house looking spotless. The job he did in the hall way is amazing. Sharps have done us proud again.

This is our third Sharps fitted bedroom. The last one was fit by Jason Stanley who made such a neat job we requested he fit our latest set of furniture.
He was polite and respectful and treated our home with care.
Again he made a first class job of the installation and we are very happy we chose Sharps as the units are wonderful.
We do not hesitate to recommend Sharps.

Really pleased with the finished wardrobes and fitted drawers from Sharps. The final result looks excellent and has completely transformed the bedroom.

A big thank you to Mihai Otoiu, who carried out the installation, along with his apprentice. They were both friendly, polite and professional throughout, worked really well together and took a lot of care with the fitting. Everything has been finished to a very high standard, the doors and drawers are all aligned perfectly, and they left the room clean and tidy afterwards.

The wardrobes look even better fitted than they did on the original design and I’m very happy with the quality and the amount of storage.
