Really pleased with the finished wardrobes and fitted drawers from Sharps. The final result looks excellent and has completely transformed the bedroom.

A big thank you to Mihai Otoiu, who carried out the installation, along with his apprentice. They were both friendly, polite and professional throughout, worked really well together and took a lot of care with the fitting. Everything has been finished to a very high standard, the doors and drawers are all aligned perfectly, and they left the room clean and tidy afterwards.

The wardrobes look even better fitted than they did on the original design and I’m very happy with the quality and the amount of storage.

Thanks again to Mihai and his apprentice for doing such a great job. I would definitely recommend Sharps based on my experience.

Unacceptable customer service from start to finish. During the initial consultation, I was explicitly assured that all electrical work would be fully covered for the entire duration of the agreement—not just 12 months. Now, a fault has emerged where the light will not turn off, and the company is cynically hiding behind a 12-month limit that was never disclosed at the time of sale. When I raised this discrepancy, the customer service agent not only refused to escalate my complaint but also hung up on me mid-call—a clear display of contempt for paying customers. Their service may impress at the outset, but the moment a genuine issue arises, they abandon all accountability. I strongly advise against using this company—they do not stand behind their work, and they will not hesitate to dismiss you when it matters most.

Damian Gnatkiewicz was prompt, courteous and worked clean and tidy in his work. We are thrilled with the end result and pleased with attention to detail.

We had a study fitted with a LOT of shelving, and an open understairs area fitted with shelves and a cupboard for coats. Every person from Sharps that we spoke to or met was really nice and very helpful. After the initial design visit, we had two further visits from surveyors who helped us to make changes to the original plan. Sharps were happy to wait several months from design to fitting as we had other work done and decorated the study. The fitter, Paul Baron, did an excellent job. On time every day, the fitting was completed in three days and the standard of his work is magnificent. He checked with us whenever there was a fitting decision to take and he made sure we understood what he was going to do. There were even a couple of minor changes we asked for and they were made without hesitation or question. The end result is just what we wanted and looks fabulous. All in all, we're delighted with the whole Sharps experience and will use them again should we refit additional rooms.

I wish before approaching Sharps, that I had read the 1 star reviews. Because what I experienced tallies so closely to many of them. It seems if you are lucky, you get a stellar experience, but if you are unlucky like me, you get months of total chaos and disruption.

We engaged sharps to install two cabinets and eight shelves. The installation took two months, featured 5 different installers and 6 different deliveries. We were making sometimes daily calls to Southern Planning Team who never followed through on promised call backs.

The designer and surveyor produced plans that were uninstallable. At this point, they should have started again with new plans. Instead they decided to try and plough on without creating new plans, leading to needing more and more installers and deliveries. I feel particularly bad for the installers, who had their time wasted and had to front the poor experience we were receiving, which they often were frustrated with themselves.

After we finally thought it was complete, it transpired the installer they sent had installed the shelves at the incorrect heights, and they were higher on one side than the other. He'd also cut them too short and decided to use an inch of caulk to cover his mistake. Sharps then had to send a remidial fitter who had to pull them out and start again. This process caused so much damage to our walls that they did not make good of.

After this process and after being promised compensation from the Southern Planning Team and Customer Service team, we expected a significant offer. More than a month later they then wrote to us offering us a discount of about £130 (4% of the total). The customer service agent admitted she hadn't even read our complaint and then sent a revised offer of 10% plus repaying our decorating costs. This still does not reflect the chaos and disruption Sharps caused us.

I am now writing this review in desperation that no one else has to go through this experience again, and in the hope that the member of the team managing trustpilot looks at our case again and tries to resolve it.

Aaron Baker fitted our media unit and did an amazing job. He was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure the unit was fitted properly and we were happy with the finished result. Would 100% recommend.

The five stars is given due to the efficiency of the joiner/fitter Michael Hancocks . However the overall experience was patchy ! The initial meeting at the showroom in Chelmsford was very good - and we were shown all the options for a fitted wardrobe .The first person to visit ( the enabler) was very efficient and showed us exactly what would look best and work . The second person , the surveyor, was also very pleasant but failed to take into account that this is an old house and the walls and ceilings are not exactly square. This resulted in the original delivery having materials that did not allow for cutting in on non square walls/ceilings
The first fitter was unable to attend and the second fitter refused to do the work as his precious tools wouldn’t fit up our narrow stairs ( although the stairs had been highlighted on our order) Fortunately the third fitter - Michael Hancocks was first class - but it took 3 days as replacement parts were needed
Stressful waiting and the timescale got elongated - but at the moment the wardrobe looks good/ works well and after 45 years we’ve got somewhere proper for our clothes !

The fitter was excellent and needed to be as he hit a tech snag and the Technical Department didn't offer any help and didn't even phone him back. Thankfully he was able to design and implement his own solution and get the work done.

Sterling service from start to finish with superb, skilled workmanship by our installer, Martin Stephens. Extremely satisfied with the end result. Totally transformed our bedroom spaces. Highly recommended.

We had a media wall unit and cupboards being built . Our installer was Raivis Buntiks. He was very professional , always turned up at the time he said he would . He also included us throughout the various stages of build on positions of shelving and door handles etc .

The service was exceptional from the design, delivery and installation teams. Julian Lord installed the wardrobe for us and worked long days to get the job done on time. He explained things to us as he completed the job and we are really happy with the end result.
