All I’m going to say is RUN when you see anything from them. Customer service is pathetic. I ordered my package in mid April and I still haven’t received it. They keep sending me the same email saying it has made it to the United States, well that was a month ago and I still haven’t received it. Then they offered me $5 off my next purchase... I told them to shove it

Their customer service and response is HORRIBLE....HORRIBLE. No concern with making the customer happy. Sat on hold for customer service for over 25 minutes and then they hung up and I called back and had to wait for over 30 minutes, the second time. What kind of company is this? I've never had such BAD customer service. I've been waiting for my order for 2 months and I kept calling for updates; with Shapessy saying the same old spill.....your order is on the way. Then I was told, I had to pick up my order from my local Post Office and it was supposed to be delivered to my home. So not convenient and out of my way... Finally opened my package and the bra is ripped on the sem, they gave me the run around saying; send pictures of damage in order to get a refund. I did what they asked. Then they said they shipped a new one already and can't refund me. WHATEVER.....
Why resend when I asked for a refund from the beginning. DON'T, DON'T, DON'T ever buy from Shapessy. They are stupid, sad, rude and the worst company I've ever dealt with. I will NEVER EVER order from Shapessy again or refer them to anyone.

Do not buy from this company. They have a draconian refund policy and in my opinion the product is of flimsy quality. They will not respond to your email in a timely manner yo give you a return number so the time for the return expires.
Never again!

I've been waiting for 2months. I called Customer service like 3 times and they gave me the round to daisy always saying It's on route. Asked to speak to a mrg. Always she's business. So you guys suck. I'm calling u Business of bureau to report you. I will not I will not recommend you to any of my friends any of my. And i want my refund. I order sharpssy panties.

I wish I could give them a 0. This is a worthless business and have requested that Attorney General to investigate this fake business. When you email or call them it is a script that you hear. It has been mailed, order was lost and reshipped, cannot give a refund because it is enroot etc. Therefore I am requesting that all have a problem please contact your attorney general of your state. This company is not in this country. THEY ARE WORTHLESS!!

I would give zero stars if possible. Save your money and order same quality from Wish.

I ordered from them on April 30th, I have still NOT received my order and I can NOT track it at all. The last place it says it was is California even though it says on their side that they are in Newark Delaware. I can't get any help customer service they won't email me back and when I call I can't get anyone on the phone. This is a joke. As of right now I just want my money back. And I just seen online that they are not recognized as a registered business with a Better Business Bureau. . If I can get my money back ,I will not be ordering from them again. I am NOT a happy nor satisfied customer at all

This company is a rip off! I ordered my item on May 3rd and on June 7th I still hadn’t received it, but they had the audacity to email me for a review!!! I couldn’t believe it.. It’s now June 11th and every time I ask for an update on shipping they give me the same runaround excuse as everyone else on here.. I don’t even want it anymore, and it’s too bad because I was going to order more pieces and so was my daughter.. I’m reporting them, demanding my money back and going to a lawyer.. Please do not attempt to buy anything from this bogus, rip off of a company!!

They charge you priority shipping and wait 3 days to tell you due to covid-19 shipping will take longer. I could understand this if this was March 2020. But this is June 2020. They send a tracking number and in USPS it says label created 4 days ago, but not shipped. Customer service is lousy. Wont return money and there return policy is a joke. Beware they rip you off with cheap made products. Will post this review on all social medias.

I ordered one of the sauna vest thru BodyGy. Apparently they are a fraudulent company using your company as a front. I don't know if your company has any ties to this but if so I have gotten my lawyers involved to sort this out.

This thing is garbage. The hole for your back door area looked more like if you cross a butt with a muffin top. It was ridiculous. I looked better without it! Just molded my fat in weird ways. Started the return process... First email was it will cost more than you paid to ship it back. LOL! I spent $40!!! How in the world will it cost more than this. Then they offered to sell me another worthless body shaper at 50%. SMH! It was the right size... The construction is just horrendous.

Worst customer service ever!!! Its been approx 35 days since my order was supposed to arrive. There is no tracking info. Shkws it was picked up from a fac in CA but then nothing. 5 emails and phone calls. They refused to give me a refund so now I have to dispute with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! SCAM

Ordered the high waist shaper in XLarge per their order chart. When I finally got it I was so anxious to try it on! It looked stretched out but I put it on anyway. It slid on way too easily and did nothing to hold my tummy in or even smooth it out! I was So disappointed. Their customer service SUX! I had to fight with them to get an address to return it, then they still gave me a hard time. They are not clear on their return policies! This went on for weeks with them trying to tell me I have to return it in a specified time which I DID contact them in that time period. Problem is they ignored my emails and face book posts until I started posting bad stuff. I have repeatedly sent them proof of purchase, copy of priority mail and received by them receipts yet they keep asking for them. NOW they claim it was ‘misplaced’, then they ‘found it’ and lastly, suddenly, they now say there’s a 25% restocking fee! I’m so tired of them, I would not take any of their products even if free. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them!

Place my order knowing that I should order a size larger, So I ordered a 3X received it the weekend of Mother's Day I was excited. The excitement didn't last long for this 3X bodysuit there's no way it was going to fit me I couldn't even get it to me to zip and button. So I decided to give it to my sister who is a lot smaller and not as curvy, Guess what this size 3x bodysuit didn't even fit my sister who's a size 8 in jeans which according to the site's website sizing chart she should have been able to fit into a medium. I contacted representative to see about returning my item that didn't even have a receipt in the bag. Michelle was very rude you could tell she was reading for me manuscript she was very uneducated didn't even know Idaho abbreviation she thought it was Indiana. She refused to let me exchange and return my product even though I told her and explained over and over again it does not meet the size chart on their website. I will never deal with these people after I post this I will be filing with the BBB for they need better business service. Do not buy from this company. Stay true to your curves and order spanx for they always fit and their customer service is on top. I guess that's what I get for trying to go cheap...

Wow! These products are really good. Try this on for a few minutes and I was already sweating. The material and stitching is very good quality. The vest feels comfortable to wear. Recommended!!!

It took some time to get here but the customer service rep I talked to informed me about the delays ( damn virus!! ) and replies fast when I always message her for follow ups. The product was superb! Gave me a boost of confidence! Thank you so much Shapessy for the awesome product and good customer service.
