Still waiting on my merchandise to arrive. If I had known they were shipping from China I would have never made the purchase. They sent me a coupon to be used on future merchandise for the inconvenience but if I never plan to shop with them again the coupon is of no use. Very disappointed with how long it’s taking to get my purchase.

They are dishonest in their shipping times. They blame covid for delays in shipping but its a lie. The stuff is coming form china. They lie about the shipping time.

Update: I got the product late. However the quality is very good and I am happy with the product itself. Please be transparent about your shipping times so that the customer can plan appropriately.

This is the 1st time I have ordered from Shapessy and I won't EVER order from them again! When I Googled them, the address was from the East Coast; however that is NOT true....MAYBE the FAAAAAR East!!! I'm pretty sure they ship from the FAR east. I ordered on October 19th and I received notification that "standard shipping 4-8 business days" I sent an email regarding my shipment. According to them there would be a 2- 4 day delay on shipping.....NOT TRUE!!!!! NOW I have a 7-21 day shipment date......WHAT!!???? DON'T but from Shapessy....no matter how cheap they are!!!! It's not worth it!!!!

This is my third time ordering at Shapessy and I love every product that I bought! I am looking forward to buy more especially because of the quality of their shapers and their amazing customer service! Totally worth it!

I have recommended this to my friends and family! Gave me more confidence than any other shapers!

I honestly say that Shapessy is the best company for shapers I have ever bought from. I've bought a couple from them and so far all items are over the top, even my friends are happy with theirs. Definitely recommended! Happy customer here!

This place is a scam...after I ordered here I got three mysterious charges

i've ordered the heat-trapping sweat vest and high waist thigh trimmer , it did arrive quicker than expected and I'm happy with the product, it has good quality and very useful for my daily workouts, totally worth the money!

Well just got my waist trainer nd not happy with it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. DO NOT WAIST UR MONEY. I got something different from what I was shown. Never again am I buying from them.

yall are scammers. GIVE ME MY WAIST TRAINER OR IM SUEING. dead ass im not playing. yall dont get to pick and choose when its time to give me my order it has been 2 weeks now ive tried to call and no one pick up which is terrible costumer service you guys need to stop wasting peoples time and that goes to everyone else yall are doing this too. i will sue if this is the case dont play with me. i should have ordered from amazon if this was the case.

Horrible customer service they just give you the run around. I’ve made atleast 15 calls and emails trying to get a resolution. To begin with It took almost four months to receive my orderS even with paying for shipping when I did finally receive the butt lifter it was super tiny. I ordered a a 3XL US (I am typically a XL/1X but ordered up just in case) The measurements for the butt lifer on the Shapessy size chart says bust: 44.8-48 inches, waist: 37-40.1 inches and hips: 47.2-50 inches. I measured my item and it was 16 inches for bust, waist and hips. I contacted customer service on 7/29 about this issue. They offered me a 20% refund or store credit which is not fair I need a complete refund after dealing with this nonsense for months! They use their favorite line “ We will send you concern to the Fufullment team and update you ASAP. I attached pictures and all my evidence. On 8/2 I sent another email explaining my issue with pictures and was told the fulfillment team is aware of my concern. Now it is 9/7/20 and I just tried to call twice in which no one answers yet they are supposed to be open 24/7. This company gets their product from a third party they don’t even make their own products. Scam scam scam. Let’s not forget to mention your speaking to a customer service rep in another country at their home (one call I heard a rooster going off in the background, one time there was a baby crying in the background) I’ve asked to speak to a manager in which they are never available, one rep admitted there wasn’t a manager. I have pictures of proof too. This company is a s*** show.

Horrible company to deal with!! I had placed my order June 27 and still have not received anything.
I have tried the customer service help line several times and always get a recording that my call can’t be completed. After several emails regarding the location of my order, I finally received a generic response stating to utilize the tracking system. (Which is totally useless) Apparently my shipment has not moved since July 2. They keep emailing me asking “how much do I love my Shapessy” I CANNOT TELL YOU BECAUSE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!! The customer service is pathetic, to say the least. Do not even consider ordering from this company. I truely wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

I bought 3 items, 2 panties, 1 shorts.
they came in 2 separate parcels, I asked why and they explained to me that they are coming from different warehouses. I was skeptical at 1st but the customer service representatives are assuring me that my orders will arrive. they take a little longer to respond but thats understandable because said they are on skeletal workforce due to covid --- anyway, i received my items 1 came in alittle later but that's fine. prduct is good as well. it smoothens out my love handles. thank you shapessy

I love the High Waisted Shaper Panty 100%, they delivered it very quickly. This panty is a huge help in holding and hiding belly fats. Will definitely order again, I found the perfect fit to be exactly as advertised.

Horrible this company is horrible no integrity at all. They sent me an item but usps returned it back to them, so I asked for refund and they wouldnt give. Eventhough they had the item. They lied so many times I couldn't even count. They are very dishonest. They said we will check on it and call back but they never call back. Just horrible. Do NOt buy from this place. No integrity at all. They need to go out of business. Please so not buy from them. We need to be believe our bodies are Devine and love our body as it is.

This company helps people to feel more confident about themselves by selling a good quality products. It just needs a little patience as this pandemic is testing the delivery timeframe. But everything is working perfectly fine to me! I hope it works for you as well <3

I wish I knew about this Trustpilot site before I entered business with this Shapessy. The Customer Service is, as everyone has stated, TERRIBLE. I am in the midst of trying to get a refund but just know I will have to proceed through PayPal. I have returned my items to Shapessy and I just know they are trying to run me around to get me to forget claiming for my refund. I will not quit until I receive my refund. Please beware if you are thinking of dealing with this Shapessy Company.

This company is trash. They dont tell you they ship from China which currently is taking about 3 months!!!! The customer service talks over you And just keeps repeating the order is on it way you cant get a refund!!!!!
