PURE GARBAGE!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

After reading the reviews which I should have did at first, I called my bank immediately and they gave me money back. This place is ridiculous. It does not take that long to receive an item. They are full of it. You call customer service and get an answering machine. WHO DOES THAT? 🤦🏽‍♀️

I have plce my order since feb 07 wow nothing check the status still saying getting info, I purchase from esty and all my orders reach I think I wouldn't be purchasing again , please customer service give some updates on my item.

Dont trust this website. This company and website needs to close.

Giving only a two because I received my order and have been able to speak with someone at the company. The quality of my waist belt and vest are not superb or high in any regard. If you're use to or looking for a high compression /latex type of garment, this is definitely not it. Is it an usable garment? Yes, just not what I was looking for. However, I caution those to !READ! the Return Policy. There policy terms are very misleading and as they claim to have an "easy...worry-free" return policy, that is simply not the case. Especially, when you have to contact the company for an return order number, there is a 25% restocking fee, you have to pay for the shipping of your return (and with insurance, because they don't guarantee receipt of your package); and lastly, as an alternative option (for exchanges) you can ( in their words) "keep the garments and give them to your friends and family members, while we can give you a 50% discount to order again". If you have to order from them, make sure its exactly what you want...size, color, style and all. ......This is coming from a recent shopper as of January 2021. And yes the package comes from China. But on the real....Sis, you could probably just order from one of those Aliexpress vendors and get the same thing.

I ordered two waist trainers in December and received them in January. It was super huge and fell off when I tried to wear it. I got a Large and it was more like a 3XL. They are cheaply made. I called customer service to let them know and they tried to tell me to keep the trainers and they would give me 50% credit refund and then 50% off in another product that I could purchase. Now why would I purchase another product if the first product was not what I expected? Then I was told I had to ship the waist trainers back to Delaware and they must arrive within 14 days or I would not receive a refund. My package arrived in Delaware on the 14th day and Zhou signed for it. Now she’s telling me she hasn’t received my package. Don’t buy from this company! I’ve purchased several waist trainers from other companies and have never experienced this kind of mistreatment and dishonesty. So now they have their lousy product and I have nothing..not even my money!

It’s been 3 weeks now and still have yet to receive item I’ve called 5 times they never answer or tell you what’s going on! Just because COVID is a thing dosent make it right for it to get to make that the excuse if y’all have long time shipping JUST SAY THAT but this is a horrible way to do business. I should’ve just bought mine from Amazon at least they customer service works!

I highly recommend! They were such a big help and gave me the right size and waist trainer. The waist trainer fits really good can’t wait to workout in my new waist trainer!!

The waist part is ok, but the thigh part doesn't stay up on thigh or together well.

I never received my order. They refused to issue a refund. I contacted my bank as others should do to dispute the charge. Put scammers out of business!

This was a Christmas gift. Very lightweight and they loved it!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They ultimately sent me a waist trainer and the zipper broke and I asked for a refund and they sent me ANOTHER waist trainer and did not give me a refund! what kind of scam is this? It took more than a month to receive my first waist trainer and it was cheap quality. I hope this place runs out of business. Total scam/cheap material.

I just received my item after waiting almost a month from purchase which is horrible! The site states standard shipping is (4-8 business days) which is bogus! The product doesn't fit me well! I will never ever buy from this company again - my item was shipped out of Yiwu, China!

I still haven’t received my waist trainer and I ordered it on November 28th and it is now 2021 January 5th it’s been almost 5 weeks , they provided me with wrong information about my shipping information because when I emailed USPS about my tracking number they said it’s not even in their system , I’m STILL waiting for my package. would’ve give them better rate if I had received my package and wasn’t lied about my information.

I only gave them a star because I had to, to write a review. I received my order and it was clearly not going to fit just by looking at it so I sent it back. They informed me I was not going to get a full refund because they have a restocking fee. I did this on November 17th. It is now January 2nd and I have yet to see that refund after numerous communications. Company is full of suck!

I was supposed to had recieved my order with 4-8 business days. That was 2 weeks ago. I had no idea this was coming from China or else I wouldnt have ordered.

It's not quite what I thought it would be -

I was a little scared at first reading a few of these reviews because I had already ordered a waist trainer from here. And it came in two weeks from when I ordered it. Got confirmation code and a package tracker for it and both worked well. The actual waist trainer came out perfect on a size m. So I’m giving this site a 5 star for not abusing my trust and making everything so smooth

I received my items in a timely manner. Even with the pandemic and I loved my waist trainer.

The pantie feels comfy but the combination of sizes didn’t work out for me. I wear medium but it arrived as M/L which made it less snug like I would prefer. Overall will purchase This product again
