I was due an istallation around lunch time but despite tree calls to the office nothing happend until I received a phone call from the engineer at 7pm to say he would be with mein40 minutes.He arrived on time and soon got to work and within an hour and half lift was installed and working.Sean was a great engineer and despite the late time he said he would not leave a customer in the lurch.I cannot thank him enough for his dedication to duty.We had a common interest in Rugby League him being a big wigan supporter.

Of course each member of the team was professional and courteous, but it would appear that here is a company that really listens to the customer... and gives as much time as it takes to make sure that they understand exactly what the customer needs and wants.

Dan, engineer was reassuring , kept me informed, treated me with dignity. As a wheelchair user trapped upstairs by broken lift I needed this!
He repaired the chair and I felt totally safe and confident in his abilities.
