EM2331 has done an excellent job
Almost done working on a book. EM 2331 has done an excellent job helping ( no realistically doing the project with my basic thoughts). Only concern is that Scribendi does not guarantee the same author to do the reviews but so far this has not been a problem. I would rather wait until my preferred author is back than have another author help. Keep up the good work. EM 2331 has allowed me to write a book when there is no way I would have been able to do so on my own.

Poor APA formatting, did not meet quality standards promised.
I contacted customer service and asked specific questions about the ability of the service to fix Word documents to meet APA standards- specifically the Table of Contents (TOC) in my Dissertation. I was assured this was possible and paid for a 72-hour turnaround. The document was returned early, with substantial and supportive narrative edits. However, the formatting of APA was not corrected and was made worse. For example, the editor told me that they could not add the titles to the Table or Figures TOC. In addition the figures were renumbered inaccurately and no longer matched the narrative references to them. I complained to scribendi and they did a quality review. Customer support promised a redo- which came today and is still wrong. The TOC numbers are no longer accurate; the title in the Appendix is gone, and there are header orphans at the bottom of the pages. The editor thanked me for "another crack at my paper" and said with support, the editor fixed the toc for tables and figures but still couldn't do the appendix toc. I have asked for a full refund and it has been approved. The customer service has been prompt. However, the experience was stressful during a time of high stress and tight turnaround.

I asked and paid for structural editing…
I asked and paid for structural editing and received proof reading.
I asked for Cureus compliant editing and did not receive this at all. The document is of the same structure, which is not submittable at all to Cureus.
The changes were clearly not profecient English changes, and looks like AI enerated. evend one of the comments is clearly talking about totally irrelevant part on the document. This is either none- human generated or totally non expert person.
I would call this a disaster for paying anything for this.
Add to this the reference managmer software removal. I gave document using endnote references, and all what it needed is one click to have numbered format, and thats all what is needed. Instead i got all text. Which is totally unprofessional.
End of the line, this is zero and not even 1 out of 5
