Quality control is gone, I will never buy these boxers again cheap materials some have holes in a month. Not consistent one year the large are perfect still have them still fit the next year the waist band is smaller. I'm a large in boxers for the past 15 years. I get the Ultra's and the waist band rolls and legs hike up. Over priced junk.
Bought a number pairs of pants.
Look and feel great when new but after a few weeks they had holes and the elastic is going crinkly. Shocking quality, would never buy again.
I submitted a return request in accordance with their first pair guarantee a month ago and never received a response.
Items claimed to be delivered, but I never received them. According to consumer protection law, they are responsible for stolen items if they are simply left at the door without being put in my hands. They refused to take responsibility or to issue a refund. I will need to issue a chargeback. Never buying from them again.
On top of the horrible shipping and customer service ! Finally I received the items! These are the worst and most uncomfortable underwear ive ever had in my life! First the Saxx patch is sewn on the front , for a guy who got even a little small belly, his belly will sit on this patch and it will cut his skin as it’s so sharp! Next I just came back from a quick walk wearing them! I have blisters around my balls and the skin is so irritated because of the sharp sewing job that cut through my skin ! I had to rush home to change and apply creams ! I don’t know how this company got even a one star review ! Avoid by any means !
By 2022 I had bought a total of 19 pairs of SAXX underwear. June 2025 figured i would buy 3 more pairs.

Got a few pairs of their Daytripper boxers on sale, unfortunately marked Final Sale so no chance at exchanging them. They are not well made - rough fabric and the fit is off. They're a step up from fruit of the loom, but much worse than other brands. If this model is exemplary of what they make, I'd say steer clear of this company and get something higher quality.
Horrible customer service. After the sale is made they want nothing to do with you. Ordered 3 pack briefs in size M as per their size chart. Very small and tight for the size. Tried calling to exchange for 2 unworn pairs and got a recorded response. Second email no response. Quality not even close to other less expensive brands. Don’t waste your time and money with this company. Wish I read the reviews mostly negative before buying.
These boxers are such a disappointment. My expectations were so high. The quality of these boxers is trash after only a few washes the design is faded, the underwear has loosened and lost its initial shape. Its also formed what i call nubbies, little lint like balls everywhere making the material uncomfortable on the skin and not soft to the feeling. Will not be purchasing again, what a waste of money.
Items do not arrive when they are supposed to . The customer service is laughable . Save yourself annoyance and order literally anywhere else.

Thank you SAXX for following up and delivering on your Customer Service promise. I was hopeful you would reconsider my situation and you did. SAXX has given me a credit to purchase 3 new underwear, alas, at a larger size. I will work on slimming down as they also let me keep the smaller size. Sigh. Kidding aside, I do appreciate the follow up. Thank you very much.
Very disappointed in Saxx return policy. I ordered a 3 pack of SAXX underwear ‘on sale’ from a FB ad and the ‘first time’ buyer guarantee.
After they arrived I tried on a pair and realized I should have ordered a larger size.
I contacted SAXX and asked if I could exchange my 2 untouched pairs of underwear for a larger size. I assumed I would not be able to return the pair I wore.
SAXX response: Because they were part of a ‘multi pack’ you can’t return any of them.
???
So much for the first time buyer ‘guarantee’.
They got me once, won’t be buying again. Buyer beware.
I bought on their international site, which normally means I get what I order , but no because the customs are not paid and my package has been at customs for 10 days, the name of the site is a complete scam, don't call it international/Canadian if your (not Canadian) customers have to pay customs, just call it Canadian site anyway, so everybody will know they have to pay customs ordering from outside Canada .
Customs didn't contact me, probably saxx didn't write my email address or phone number on the package, after 15 days I started to suspect that something was wrong and wrote to them, what the problem is, why I do not get my parcel

I purchase sale items online and need to exchange for different size and the service agent kept pointing me back to their Ts&Cs company policy —- black and white —- very transactional company. I have been buying their products for years, long time customer, & feels terrible to spend $150 on clothes that they won’t take back for credit to buy ones that actually fit me. I even offered to pay for return shipping. Then the service agent replied with FINAL SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS (all caps to get his point across) like he was annoyed when I asked for an exception —implying I should have read the fine print. Who does that, it’s 2025. Return your products. Keep it simple. Keep your customer. I guess not. $150 wasted.
absolute garbage customer service.
The do not provide support and they do not back their product if purchased around the holiday despite claims. Pair of briefs were worn less than a few hours and did not hold up. Customer service responses are from blanket and unhelpful. Tommy John and Adidas both provide superior comfort and support.
Horrible customer service. They wouldn’t allow me to change a Christmas gift I purchased my husband when I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I emailed them Christmas night. It took over a week for a response then they said I missed the return window. So much for their guarantee. I even asked if I could exchange the three pack for a single pair in the right size for my husband to try. They said no.
Excellent Products. Ordered on Black Friday so order took longer than expected but Customer Service was helpful in getting it sorted out

I would give them a ZERO if I could. I have placed 4 calls and 2 detailed Emails. $448 order that’s never been received yet they continue to respond w generic responses! Im beyond pissed at this point and will make sure my husband never buys another one of their items. Now I have to call the credit card company and dispute the charge.
