DO NOT BUY FROM Comparisonk.com, unless you want to loose your money.
I (stupidly) purchased mascara from them back in April. I tried to cancel transaction when I realised something was off and they said they couldn't cancel as it was already being processed - this was within 15 mins of payment!
There was a lot of communication back and forth and I mean a LOT. They just kept telling me that they were sorry, but insisted id love the product, so give it a go and if I didn't I could get my money back (AUD50).
Over a month later, I had an email that my parcel had been delivered, but I NEVER received it. The tracking/time it was in customs/date of delivery was all dates were all over the place - dates never made sense.
I reported them to PayPal, but unfortunately, they were of no help either, stating that Comparisonk had provided them with delivery transaction - where's the proof?
***Fraudulent scammers***
Save yourself the trouble and the cash, don't touch these guys.

Product was suppose to be foundation type to to add colour and blend to skin. All it is is a moisture cream. Took one month to arrive. No tracking from strange transport company. Price of item started at $7.49 and ended up at $42. Definitely a scam company. Yes I was sucked in.

ORDERED MASCARA ON 4/29 AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED ON MAY 19 IN MAILBOX YET I DONT HAVE IT. THEY ALSO GAVE 2 DIFFERENT TRACKING NUMBERS AND TELLING ME I NEED TO CONTACT MY POST OFFICE TO FIND ! NO THEY NEED TO FIND IT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. STRANGLEY I DID RECEIVE A PACKAGE FROM A PERSON IN GEORGIA WITH FACE PRODUCT NOT MASCARA AND THE TRACKING NUMBER IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT

Garbage. Will not refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM

This company needs to not do false advertisement. The product that they show is not the product that they send.It is totally different and when you try to receive or get your money back.They don't want to do that.They want to give you maybe $10.That's it never again.Will I order from this company? never again?I call This A scam .

Scam. I ordered glass hummingbird feeders for $70 and receive plastic balls I could have purchased at Dollar Tree. The picture on their site shows glass.

Ordered an pair of hummingbird feeders Feb. 24, 2024. They arrived on April 16th. 7 to 10 business days was what was stated in the ad. One set arrived which appears to have been opened, partly assembled and put in a plastic bag. Pieces are missing. The company is doing nothing about the missing pieces since they say it was shipped whole. The will not refund the money or send replacement clips. Because of my constant complaining I'm getting an offer of a $5 refund, which has gone up in $2 increments to $11 which the person in the chat says is coming from their own paycheck. What a scam company this is. Very disappointed.

I ordered two garden items in February and my card was charged. I was send an order number to track, which ended on March 2. Over a month later, still haven’t received these items. Guess it’s my loss to absorb

I also purchased the Christmas ornaments that were deceptively advertised. The catalog picture was of a beautifully quilled holiday scene and when received was a cheap picture of the holiday scene with one side of the ornament decidedly inferior to the other. Neither side was an actual quilled ornament as shown in the catalog. I contacted the company and was told to send them a picture of the ornaments I received, but am still waiting for the email address to send them to. Address on my PayPal receipt was in Chinese. I am going to begin a dispute through PayPal.

Total scam. Not worth the money at all Have tried to return and they say it will be too expensive for me so I should just keep it. Then they offered me $5 off a $60 order. I said no. Still fighting it out with them Going to call American Express and refute charge

The “handmade” ornament was simply a photograph of an actual handmade quilled ornament - the photo was laminated onto a plastic disc.
The photograph of said ornament and accompanying description was very misleading and certainly not worth the money.
A definite scam. Beware.

Also long time for shipping and multiple customs inspections.

It took a month to receive the order.
The item received was not as described/pictured. What was described as handmade Christmas ornaments was only a photo of said ornaments laminated onto plastic discs, not the actual ornaments. Very misleading.

This company is a Facebook scam. I ordered product in December. Their tracking system says package was received.I opened dispute with PayPal and went through many emails with them. They gave me tracking number that was invalid on USPS, UPS, and Fedex. They have not given me the name of carrier. I've upgraded PayPal dispute but even if this matter is resolved I'll probably be charged $15 fee from PayPal for refund. BEWARE!
