TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, LOW VALUE PRODUCTS

Placed an order with this company through the shop app by accidentally hitting an order button while it was in my pocket(apparently it happens a lot).
I called the company within the hour of the order asking them to cancel it. They refused to cancel the order because it was too late….. I believe that was a lie because technology these days would have made it simple and fast with a click of a button. Nobody ships items out within the hour.
Company then stated I had to wait for the order to send it back. The item stated it was delivered but never arrived…. Now I’m in a fight with them to return my payment because they failed to ship it properly or lost on the way.
SO CURRENTLY NO SAXX ITEM AND LOST MONEY FOR OVERPRICED CLOTHING.
THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO GET ITS PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ORDER.

Package never received

Very Bad experience - My Boyfriend ordered Saxx Underwear with a value of 200$. at some point we received a notification the order has been delivered. We live in a very secure building and never had issues with any packages. We were home to the time and directly went downstairs to grab the delivery but there was nothing. We contacted Saxx and explained the issues, they told us to put out a note to our neighbours. we did so but weren't surprised the package didn't show up since we were very sure it had never made it to our home. After several months now Saxx doesn't seem to be interested in helping us at all. Worst customer service and feel ripped off not to get my 200$$ value package. Wouldn't oder here ever again. Buy other brand or when it has to be Saxx buy of Amazon.

ICS Courier 1rst Att. left the door knocker signed the signature release to leave on mailbox. Driver never returned 4 the 2nd attempt, nothing. Called cust. service no one to answer the phones will take about a week to get back to me because of backlog. No pkg. delivered 1rst time ordered. The took my money but no delivery. Bob/Toronto

Product is incredible; service is trash.

Product is incredible, even if it is expensive. No denying it. Their customer service on the other hand, is arguably the worst I've experienced in my entire life. Despite having thrown literally two grand at product over the past 4 years or so, they take zero responsibility for lost and retrieved shipping, and zero support service (I did have one gentleman, one time, try to help me but it was beyond his control - if you read this, thanks whoever you are for the efforts!).

Despite the efforts I took to recover a wrongful delivery by Saxx (I physically attended and waited at the address they shipped it to for 3 hours - at their recommendation - after watching the delivery tracker). After I retrieved the package (which was already opened by the stranger living at this place), I notified them and asked if they could at least consider providing me a store credit for the inconvenience; a customer should not be told to travel to someone else's house to pick up a package that the company was told they shipped to the wrong location.

Their reply? "No. You got the package as far as we are concerned you haven't suffered any losses". Upon advising them of my long history of purchasing from them, they offered me a 25% off coupon over X dollars spent which expired in two weeks. A reminder I could have told them that the package went missing and to refund me, which would have been done. In lieu I acted honestly and was swiftly brushed aside.For reference, better deals are offered all the time by email from them.

When I tried to review my purchase through their follow up emails directly and advise customer service of the experience I had, the 1 & 2 star buttons curiously do not work; only 3-5. How convenient.

Won't ever buy their product again - Lulu Lemon is an adequate replacement, I assure you all.

Again, great product, garbage customer service. Happy to never buy from them again.

Quality and comfortable underwear, with a sack style pouch that works well keeping things where they should be. Many styles, materials, and colors available, all sized correctly, and built to wear daily.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give zero stars I would. Have tried contacting SAXX 4 different times about returning items, have heard absolutely nothing. Sent the detailed email it asks for. Sent a follow up email and have called twice and still not a single response. We have spent thousands of dollars at this company but will no longer purchase.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Phone line isn't answered and won't take a message. Emailed twice for an exchange. No response. Over three weeks now waiting for response. I now want a refund not an exchange and will convince my son to find another brand. Amazingly poor service in a very competitive market. Stupid.

These are expensive pants, no question. I wore a pair every day whilst rowing across the Atlantic (couldn’t afford a second pair). 3 years later they are just starting to show some wear.

Dishonest practice, hidden charge and declining quality, avoid!

I've ordered twice before from Saxx and enjoyed their design and found them comfortable. Had 14 pairs at one stage, however they only last about a year so I decided to save up to replenish my stock during black Friday sale. I purchased 9 pairs including some to gift, and waited 2 weeks for delivery. Royal mail notified me that there was £60 of customs charges to pay before they would be released to me (despite me not having to pay any charges previous 2 times).
On the website you can go through the process of choosing your items, adding to basket, setting delivery location and checking out with absolutely no mention of additional charges. The only mention is on their Faq page, but if you have no reason to suspect a problem you obviously would not look there. I contacted their customer service via email and received a short curt response which was a copy and paste of their Faq page. I believe that if you can go through the the whole process of buying without them giving any notice of additional charges, then it is deliberately misleading. An order of £162 having £60 customs charges is absolute insanity, and I suspect few people would want to pay more than extra third on what they've already paid, which is probably why they have chosen to hide this instead.

Very disappointed, especially as their gear used to be good, but over the years I think the build quality has fallen too. I would never buy from them again.

Poor Customer Service

I purchased my underwear on the 23rd of November, and you shipped my underwear on the 26th of November.

It is now December 5th and still no delivery of my order. The online tracking says it was out for delivery on November 30, but still no delivery.

I just tried to call you, but the recording says you are unable to take my call at this time.

You cannot take my call and you cannot deliver my order. I am getting tired of chasing you and the courier company down.

Cancel my order and refund my money!!!!

I have posted on your Facebook wall a few times now and not one response from you!

Your customer service is unacceptable!!!!!

Didn’t even wear the underwear I just washed them and hand dried and stitching already coming out elastic waist band especially broken fibres lol garbage quality now. My old pairs are good so they must have dropped in quality

Fell apart

Tried one pair before investing in more. So glad I did, yes they were a good fit and comfortable but after about ten washes the stitching an the seams failed and the fabric also started to disintegrate. Binned them after a month since purchase

Poor service

Ordered some boxers as an Xmas present for my other half, as he'd specifically named them as a brand he'd like to try. Order was placed on/around 29th Nov.

Order hadn't arrived within the advertised time (7-14 days), but tracking said it was due about 2 days after (16th) so decided to give a few days grace (it was in the run up to Christmas). When it didn't arrive, I contacted to ask for an update. Was told shipping info had been updated to arrive on the 18th, but that if it didn't, to contact and I could get a replacement or refund.

It didn't, so I asked for a replacement.

From this point, was unable to get a reply from customer services, from the 18th to the 23rd, when I managed to contact someone on the online chat.

On the chat, I was told the delay was down to royal mail strikes and to wait until the end of the week to see it it arrived, and if not they would refund/replace. I said this wasn't acceptable, as I'd already requested the replacement be processed back on the 18th. This clearly hadn't been done, and they said a replacement would take a further 4 weeks (now from 23rd Dec) to be delivered because of Christmas/mail strikes. But as my partner had requested the brand specifically, I decided to go ahead with the replacement, and exited the chat.
Instead of ordering a replacement, they instead sent me a voucher via email, and I had to re-order myself via the website. However the voucher didn't include taxes/postage, so would have cost another £6-7 to get the order 'replaced'.
Had run out of patience by this point, so went back onto the chat to request a refund instead, which they actioned, but not for the full amount - I had to chase them a further time to get the remainder refunded as well.

Ended up ordering from a competitor, who (despite dealing with the same royal mail strikes.....) managed to get the order processed and delivered within 2 days!

Very expensive, and not worth the price

The underwear arrived in a timely manner but we waited too long to request an exchange and the customer service was very disappointing. They don't seem interested in accommodating customers, and I won't ever purchase from them again. Customer service is as important to me as the product, so when service is poor the product loses its value. It's an average pair of underwear for a very high price point, without the service to back it up. I don't recommend.

Loved SAXX underwear until I had an…

Loved SAXX underwear until I had an issue trying to return a pair of kinetic underwear that fit much tighter than the Ultra’s and Volt’s. I sent 3 emails to their customer service and it’s been a month and I still have yet to hear back from them. This is total BS fir any company let alone a company that charges $50 for a pair of underwear!

I would give less than one star

I would give less than one star. Absolutely horrible!! They are horrific to their customers! Disrespectful all the way through the management. Ordered an item express shipping over 10 days ago and still not here. Asked for another shipment to vacation spot in US and can’t be done until we get home even when willing to pay for another express!!! Will never buy from again!! Absolutely the worst service ever!!
