Great service to extend the life of these mics. It is so easy to damage the port and this service really helps with a repair from design flaw that makes it too easy to damage your cable and port IMHO. The cable insert should really be protected so it cannot be bent.

The charging controller of my Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones was faulty. Leo replaced the part promptly. Very pleased with the service. Thanks again!

A second absolutely excellent experience with SaveMyDevice. Mini USB port replaced in a head torch that would have cost a lot to replace. Excellent comms all the way through and obvious skilled work carried out. Renew rather than replace!!

I am one of Sony WF-1000XM4 owners who faced battery issue after firmware update. Been so frustrated as paid 220£ for them and less than in 3 years they became useless. Contacted Sony but they were quite useless. So found Leo in google search and without a doubt proceeded with order. Communication is top-notch.
Can't thank Leo enough for giving my headphones a new life 😀.

My Sony earbuds battery in right ear was lasting a charge for less than 30 minutes and I found savemydevice through a google search and decided to send them there for battery replacement in both earbuds, was pleased with the results and I only waited just over a week between my posting from Ireland and receiving them back again repaired and the whole travel can be safely tracked through Royal Mail, I actually phoned them during the process to see if they had received them and mine just arrived over the weekend and within a couple of days they were worked on and quickly returned in the post. Most definitely recommend and would have them repair other items in the future.

Sent a pair of Sony XM4 earbuds for battery replacement - returned within a week and working like new. Highly recommended.

The process was very straightforward. I simply posted the headphones, and within a few days, they were returned, operating like new. I had been considering a full replacement, but given the original cost, opting for a battery replacement has saved me over £150. An excellent service I'd recommend if your old headphones aren't holding their charge.
