My Bose headphones developed a problem with power button. I ordered repair online. Contact with their help centre was easy and smooth. Repair was speedy and now can enjoy my headphones second life. Very good service. Highly recommended!

Honestly such a great service! I was sceptical about sending my headphones in the post to some random company, but after looking at reviews I decided to send them to Leo, and his company does literally save your device.
It wasn’t the initial fault I thought and he was quick to inform me, and get them fixed and sent back all within a week. Very very happy!!! I would definitely recommend and I will use again in the future!

Contacted Leo to see if he could repair my gas fire remote control. After sending some images to him , he confirmed that a micro solder repair was possible. Mr Leo Josephs' enerprise is excellent. My Garmin Forerunner 55 which I had for 5 years needed a new battery. In the runners shop I was told that I should replace it and get a new and better one. My smart watch connects with the GPS and enables me to record my long distance runs and walks. I was registered for the Beachy Head Marathon on 25/10/2025. Mr Josephs replaced the battery in three days so I could take it to my event connect to the GPS and record all the data including the route. I am very pleased and happy that my device was SAVED! THANK YOU M r Josephs! Based on my experience I am awarding 5 stars to this company.
