Fantastic experience with Save My Device. I have a pair of Bose Q35’s that kept turning themselves on.
Sent away on the Thursday and headphones were returned by Monday working perfectly.

Was not sure what to expect, and whether to trust sending off my Garmin Vivoactive 3 for a repair, but should not have worried. It was all very staightforward. Phone texts were always responded to promptly, even on Sundays outside of the published hours. I was regularly emailed updates such as receipt of the watch, when the repair was slightly delayed due to awaiting parts, when the repair had been completed, and when sent back to me. All done promptly and Leo very helpful. Would not hesitate to use the service again. Thanks!

I wanted my Garmin G8 fixed as the on/off button was dodgy.
Fixed by Company and working normally again.

Leo was brilliant. Fast efficient service and great communication. Headphones received, fixed, and back with me in 4 days. Couldn't recommend highly enough. If needed I wouldn't definitely use again with zero hesitation.

Great service and watch was returned super quick

Discovered the company on the net when my Garmin Edge 520 Plus rubber buttons had perished (an obsolete model and didn't want to buy a new Garmin), spoke to Leo, sent off and back in 4 days, looking as good as new! Repair, don't replace. Might be obsolete but it still does what I want.

Found SMD online …perfect very easy to contact and offered a repair solution that was extremely good value for money.
Speaker sent off , confirmation of delivery and a day later email confirming speaker repaired and on its way back .
Works perfectly and would definitely recommend Leo if you have a Bose product that doesn’t work and Bose won’t help !

Had a torn off u.fl WiFi connector on a board that needed a new one microsoldered. Leo did a fantastic job, and also repaired a broken trace.
On top of that he was able to get the remnants of the old connector out of the WiFi lead (very tricky job). And was a very quick turnaround.

Excellent service in replacing the batteries of my Sony WF-1000XM4 earbuds. They had fallen victim to the dreaded Sony firmware update right bud battery slayer. Now back to great battery life. Also very speedy turnaround - posted them Monday, back Friday. Recommended 1000%

My WF-1000M4 earbuds had been playing up for a while so with a little hesitancy I decided to send them off for new batteries to Savemydevice as I had read bad reviews of the main Sony repair service.
The postal instructions weren't quite clear -that's my only criticism. Other than that the repair was completed very quickly and invisibly. the headphones are working like new and they were returned within a couple of days. Perfect!

Fixed my MIDI keyboard port same-day service (in person). Was very flexible around pick-up times, did a fantastic and professional job for a very reasonable price too.

Quick repair and return

Super quick and easy. Revived the repair in just over 3 days since sending. All works perfectly. Really impressed. My 3 year old expensive ear buds would have gone in WEEE waste otherwise. So happy to keep using them.

Good job, fixed my Sony earphones with new batteries and no issues so far. Appreciate the warranty on the work as well. Process was very easy and even postage was well worth it rather than buying another pair.
