We had a great experiencReliable, Professional, and Excellent Service!
We had a great experience with their services. The coordination was excellent, and they arrived on time. The vans were clean, and when one of the vehicles had an issue, they immediately sent a replacement. We used both their van and taxi services, and they even took us to Makkah for Umrah and waited for us. We requested to pay in cash, and they handled the reservation for us perfectly. Highly recommend their service!

Smooth Ride, Rough Follow-Up: A Mixed Experience
The journey from Makkah to Madinah was smooth and comfortable. The driver was professional and the vehicle was okay, the ac in the back didn’t work though.
However, I'm disappointed with the constant WhatsApp messages requesting a 5-star rating. This aggressive approach is intrusive and detracts from the positive experience. While I appreciate good service, customers should be able to provide honest feedback without pressure.
I suggest a single, polite request for feedback after the journey instead. This would be more respectful of your customers' time and privacy.
