Really happy with the taxi service provided by this company. I’ve never pre-booked a taxi before, so was a bit hesitant, but all communication was quick and professional so I felt at ease. Price agreed on beforehand made life so easy. They asked for passport details to make a permit. When a driver was assigned, he made contact through WhatsApp so if you get delayed or something you can easily tell them. We went from Jeddah airport to Madinah airport - driver was on time, super helpful and stopped for us to get food on the way too. Less than 4 hours overall, will be recommending to all family and friends

We booked taxis through them for our travels from Madinah Airport to our hotel in Madinah, from Madinah to Makkah, and for our ride to Masjid Ayesha for our second Umrah. Overall, the service was excellent. The driver was always punctual, and I would especially like to mention Bhawal, our driver. He was incredibly kind, humble, and polite. When we were traveling to Makkah and it was almost time for Iftar, he stopped the car and bought Laban with his own money to share with us. That gesture was truly thoughtful. We also made sure to give him a tip as he truly deserved it.

I had very bad impression with one of your driver ID number 2547265393.he was very rude , no respect , he lied that he don't have card machine and forced me to give him ,and when i gave him cash he not return the balance amount 30 riyal when i ask he said go and complain where ever you want nothing will happen to me .
I have travel often with the saudi taxi , never happen something like this ever . also this kind of driver will spoil the name of saudi arabia,
