The customer service was excellent, especially from Usaid, who was a great help. The fleet manager, Rafique, and all the drivers were professional and very helpful. They arranged our entire trip—from Jeddah to Makkah, Makkah to Medina, and back to Jeddah—including some Ziyarahs in both cities, all at a very reasonable price.

I must also commend their punctuality—the drivers were always early, waiting for us, never the other way around. Very impressive!

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I will definitely use their services again in the future and highly recommend them.

The organiser agent brother usaid is very helpful and accommodating. Very organised diver was early waiting for me driver knew the agreed price for trip.

Only downside was I requested an English speaking driver but the driver couldn’t speak English fortunately I speak Arabic.

Easy booking process and excellent communication with the coordinator/managers.

Drivers were punctual and polite and mostly excellent and all our Transfers to/from train stations and airports were pretty seamless with great communication via Whatsapp. Driver details are usually confirmed the day before by the Manager.

Madinah Ziyarat was rushed and the driver spoke little English and was not too interested and provided very little explanation, prefering to be constantly texting on his phone, even while driving!

On the other hand, the Driver we had for Makkah Ziyarat was excellent, very patient and really tried his best to explain things to us even though he at times struggled with English.

Vehicles were mostly new and clean, in Makkah, not quite so in Madinah.

Overall a good reliable service that is worth the slight premium for having everything prearranged and organised before arriving rather than having to organise and haggle with drivers while there.
