In my experience, I initially instructed Satchel Moran Solicitors for a claim involving three counts of alleged police misconduct. The firm proceeded with only one count, and I felt this was done without my clear consent. They later communicated an offer that I felt was far below an acceptable level, so I declined it. I raised concerns about how the matter was being handled, but I did not feel these were addressed, and I eventually chose to end my involvement with the firm. My agreement with them had been on a no-win, no-fee basis.

I then approached another firm, which I personally found to be more responsive and efficient. After they began assisting me, Satchel Moran Solicitors stated they wished to retain rights to the claim, which I did not agree to. They have since requested fees that I do not believe are justified based on the service I feel I received.

I also later learned that an earlier offer had been made without my knowledge. I felt frustrated to receive notice of another offer months later, particularly after moving to a different firm.

Based on my personal experience, I felt that the firm’s priorities were not fully aligned with my own interests. In my opinion, they appeared to focus more on pursuing insurance-related aspects of the case than on providing the level of client support I expected.

Overall, I would not choose to work with Satchel Moran Solicitors again.

The second offer was not communicated, and they sent an email confirming that the offer was not communicated to me. Yet they are requesting the rights for a retainer fee. Make it make sense?

No entitlement to fees

Under a conditional fee agreement (CFA), solicitors are not entitled to fees if:
• They breach the agreement,
• They fail to act in the client’s best interests,
• They act without authority,
• They fail to communicate offers,
• They cause the claim to be disrupted or abandoned.

Finally I had a lawyer that understood corruption and lies. They never gave up kept me up to date all the way through my solicitor Chloe Roche got to know me personally and knew exactly how to execute a win. My compensation was used to create a event and I will always advertise what Satchel Moran has done for me and many others. Im not going to lie at times I thought here we go again the police even made up things that was not true Chloe had the ability to see straight through it and kept my well informed of the strategy moving forward to me Satchel moran is a win win scenario please do not hesitate on this awesome company

Contacted them to due severe disrepair and forhousing ignoring my complaints. Kept me updated on my claim, very respectful and lovely people. Did want to take forhousing to court due to how much this property has affected my mental health in the past 2 years but was basically told to accept the offer which I did do. Got the money instantly after a few hiccups with my legal name and dead name. Probably will stay in contact with satchel moran because I know who forhousing are, lying, two faced sociopaths. I wouldn't recommend them for simple reasons, I asked fir help in areally bad health conditions. 0 understanding . After 2x I told im not ok with phone calls they still called . Making you more sick. After they requested higher fees .

I found this company to be a complete waist of time as they did not take any evidence, speak with me or do anything to make an easy case a successful case.

Verry satisfied considering they took a claim against the police and the tagging company for me. I received compensation from ems tagging company due to there mistake that cashed distress and the police added to this. This company was great through out the whole thing I even forgot about the claim at one point I even moved to another county for comfort. But this company made me feel confident through your the whole thing and kept me up to date with everything.
