Wow. It’s one thing to be told your complaint doesn’t match the criteria. It’s another to be hung up on mid-sentence when they realise this. Talk about mercenary!

Sad to say, I received a brutal rejection headed "Email to Vetting Client confirming rejection". It ended with: "Please note this is an automated email and any replies will not be responded to."

While not rude, in the circumstances, it was not pleasant, so I would not recommend this firm.

Reply: The next solicitors I wrote to couldn't help me either but they sent me a polite, professional and helpful reply.

Rude, the guy (never gave a name) on the phone hung up on me after waiting an hour to get through. Just said he is cancelling my case. One person told me it was fine to go through this solicitor and next fella told me no and just put the phone down. Would not recommend in the slightest. DO NOT CONTACT THESE PEOPLE if you are looking to go forward with a case.

This is arguably the worst solicitors I have ever had the misfortune to encounter . Rude , obnoxious from the moment of contact . Reception staff obviously unhappy and make it known . They appear underpaid and overworked .
The solicitor I encountered ( name with held for compliance with trust pilot) was incapable of understanding the simple basics of my issue. They are demeaning and disrespectful and disparaging instead of explaining they either can or can’t help .

They are all questions but no answers and when pressed are intrinsically evasive and intentionally opaque. They commit to nothing and when they realise the payout is not what they require or demand they find excuses to drop the case, give you poor representation and a quick fix solution to dispense with the issue . They are the proverbial ambulance chasers , interested only in the payout , not justice or truth . My advice stay away stay clear avoid at all cost and find a solicitor with some line of integrity .I am sure they will respond with the usual arrogance but this is testimony to their incapability . I have since had my case taken on by another solicitor who understood and kept the matter straight forward and simple and he assures me the case is direct, black and white, an assurance SM could not manage to do. Their response if any will be template -one size fits all . THE RESPONSE GIVEN WILL A DENIAL OF THE CASE EVER EXISTING AND/OR AN ATTEMPTTO SAY I WAS RUDE : SEE IFI AM WRONG .For clarity the case was taken on .

There been no outcome of my case at present, but just the fact someone listened and reviewed all evidence and then said "Yes, the police have a case to answer to here" and then filed a letter of claim against the chief constable of the force in question (which the police have asked for two extensions before releasing the disclosure to us), this validated what i already knew, police unlawfully arrested and assaulted me and should he held to account for that.

This firm really does stand by you, the man on the street, against a branch of government that has its own team of lawyers.
