No charger in box. AI unhelpful

Received my stick cleaner Saturday 4th. All seemed ok until I needed to charge the battery but there is no cable, plug or USB in the box or anywhere on the cleaner. I have tried and tried to get through by phone or AI help, but they keep asking me the same questions which do not apply and no way I can say that there is a valuable part missing and cleaner cannot work!! Where are the people to talk to??????

Nightmare

Oh mercy where do i start? How about the issue my daughter is 5 and nonverbal autistic she has a tablet that she uses daily. When it needed an update I went to update it and it kept restarting and then went to black screen saying kernel detected. Called support and mailed it in they received it the 17th of June and told me that day I would have to pay 117.99 for a new screen although the screen was undamaged and we are still under warranty. I was irritated but my daughter needs her tablet so I paid it the 18th. Online when you look up the progress it says that the payment wont be processed till the repair is completed. It was processed the 24th. I contacted them and was told it was in fact not done and that they were going to escalate it. Called again on the 26th as there was no change and I was told they didnt know what was going on and they were going to escalate again and expedite it. Called again the 30th and no one knew anything about what was going on was told again it would be escalated. No one could tell me why the payment was processed when it wasn't done, no one could even tell me the progress. After seventeen business days, almost a full month.It finally came back yesterday july 10th . I got emailed a receipt and there was one in the box, and both of them stated everything was covered by the warranty. But you made me pay? To top it off, we tried to reconnect the tablet to our A.T&T service and it will not work.So not only have I waited almost a month, and i'm out a hundred and twenty dollars for no reason and no explanation, my tablet, still isn't working properly. Thank you samung for the meltdowns and not giving a sh** about taking my daughter voice away. I never should have trusted a samsung device with something so important. I tried calling today. It's Saturday. And of course, nobody can help me told me. I have to call back on Monday. I have a job, so i'm going to have to step away from work to be on the phone for who knows how long yet again to probably get no answers and no resolution

One of the worst customer service…

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

I sent my Samsung vacuum cleaner away because it would not charge. Samsung and their authorised repair centre kept it for approximately six weeks, during which I had to repeatedly chase for updates and was constantly told it would be returned "next week".

When I finally received it back, the original fault had not been fixed. The vacuum still does not charge – the exact reason it was sent away in the first place.

Samsung has since told me that no charging fault was found, despite me providing video evidence showing that the vacuum still will not charge. They have also refused to provide a replacement or voucher and instead want me to pay for another repair because the warranty has now expired.

To make matters worse, despite repeatedly requesting it, I have never been provided with a repair invoice, engineer's report or a breakdown of what work was actually carried out. After six weeks without my appliance, I still don't have a working vacuum cleaner or clear documentation explaining what I paid for.

As a vulnerable customer, this entire experience has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I expected far better from Samsung and its authorised repair partner.

I would not recommend Samsung's repair service based on my experience.

That Samsung does not stand behind its products nor do they value its customers.

I purchased a Samsung microwave from Lowes in December of 2025. In April 2026 I began to have problems with the device running when turned off and the door closed, light stayed on when door closed,etc. The microwave has a 12 month manufacturer warranty so I called them around May 26, 2026. They sent a technician out who initially replaced the door. That did not fix the problem so the tech returned a few days later with another part but that did not fix the problem. The tech then called Samsung tech support who demanded that I take the microwave down. He then asked the tech to look for damage to the microwave and he found a minor cosmetic dent on the lower back side. He then told the tech that the microwave was not covered because of the minute dent. I later spoke with the service company and the stated that their tech stated that the cosmetic dent had nothing to do with the problem with the microwave not functioning properly. He also stated that it has been their experience with Samsung that they look for reasons to avoid replacing appliances. I called Samsung back and after much discussion and refusing to accept their reason for not replacing the microwave, they decided to send another company out. That company came out and basically saidI should request that the microwave be replaced the and they would support that option. I called them again and after being on the phone with them and hour or more arguing that all of their vendors have basically said that the minor scratch/dent had nothing to do with the operating issues. Finally I was told that they would review the notes and someone would call me back on Monday or Tuesday of this week (June 28 or 29). By late Tuesday I had not heard from them so I placed another call. This time I was told that the notes from 6/26/26 say that the the warranty would not cover the microwave because of the previously noted insignificant. I asked how can that be since I was told that same date that they were going to review the last company's notes which they had not received as of 6/26/26? I asked the representative if she saw the last company's notes and she said she didn't see them . I asked ifshe would call the company which she stated she would and put me on hold. She came back and stated that she was told that the company had ordered parts for the repair and when they came in they were to come back to make the repairs, which is what I was told during a previous conversation when I asked that they replaced the microwave. In summary Samsung is doing everything they can to avoid replacing the microwave. They have sent two different companies out who have made several trips to replace I microwave that I paid a little less than 300.00 for. Needles to say I'm very frustrated with Samsung and would not recommend buying their products if this is how they value its customers.

A chocolate teapot would have been more…

A chocolate teapot would have been more use - at least I would have had something physical. inItially had a good experience with booking the repair and was able to select a next available repair in two working days. The day before I had a message to call the engineer to discuss the issue. Not an issue with this, however the number I was told to ring, just rang and rang, no option to leave a message, it just cut off. I try 4 times and each time the same result.

So many reached out to Samsung customer (dis)services via web chat and that was a complete waste of time.I explained the situation and they gave me a different number to call, which would not even connect, and all the agent could do was to ask if I have dialled 44 before the number, the number would still not connect, after 20 minutes of going round in circles, I asked if the Engineer could ring me. The Engineer did not ring me and did not turn up. Samsung have now cancelled the repair because they cannot pick up a telephone or get a working phone number. So after a 10 days still a broken appliance and a complete waste of my time

Se potessi metterei zero

Se potessi metterei zero. Assistenza totalmente assente, è stato impossibile reperire un tecnico che intervenisse per la riparazione del mio climatizzatore, lenti nel dare riscontro si avvalgono di imprese esterne convenzionate che purtroppo non offrono assistenza

Would use again

Engineer punctual, friendly and clearly good at his job. Booking was simple with reminders. Good service and judging by other places a good price

Binnen de garantietermijn zelf (achterlijk veel geld) moeten betalen voor nieuw scherm en telefoon onnodig gewiped teruggekregen.

Mijn telefoon hield er binnen de garantietermijn opeens mee op, niks geks gebeurd. Leek erop alsof het scherm niet meer aan ging. Opgestuurd voor garantie. Reactie van samsung; er zit een barstje in het scherm (was al maanden en niet van vallen) dus geen garantie. Ze konden het scherm repareren voor niet veel minder geld dan een nieuwe telefoon. Aangezien ik veel gegevens op de telefoon had staan heb ik dat maar gedaan, ik wil niet weer alles opnieuw installeren en wilde mijn foto's en bestanden terug. Nergens in de communicatie ging het over het opnieuw instellen van de telefoon. Kreeg de telefoon terug op fabrieksinstellingen. Nu heb ik dus, zonder dat hier ook maar ergens over wordt gesproken, een oude telefoon zonder garantie terug, met al mijn gegevens gewiped, voor het geld van een nieuwe telefoon. Schijnbaar had ik zelf moeten zoeken naar kleine lettertjes op de website (nergens in mailverkeer bijgevoegd) van de voorwaarden. Onwijs slechte service.

Heel slechte service en onaardig medewerkers

Samsung droger nooit meer in mijn huis geen goeie service de deur van de droger moest vervangen worden. Ze hebben geen onderdelen meer en ze zeggen tegen mij. Ik moet mijn droger nu weggooien naar vijf jaar.! het enige wat ze aanbieden 10% korting voor nieuwe te kopen nooit meer Samsung nooit meer! Heel onaardige en asociale medewerkers. Ze hangen m’n telefoon op je gezicht zonder iets te zeggen echt heel raar zo professionele bedrijf Samsung zo’n personeel in dienst alstublieft. Luister de gesprek terug en u snapt wat ik zeg. Ik was heel aardig. Ik heb niks gedaan omdat ze geen antwoord kunnen geven hebben ze opgehangen en elke keer drukken ze je weg. Erg jammer.

Samsung has horribly shit repair service and warranty

I have warranty for fridge freezer of samsung. I stopped working before warranty expired. I called samsung services but they are not able to sort the repair for one month. I am without fridge freezer for one month. But this horrible company don't do anything. I would don't but samsung fridges. The company is shit in its services. I will never buy again samsung fridge due to their worse services. Shame on samsung.

Scammers

Terrible scam artists made me pay for the care plus for 10 months totalling around 200 bucks and when i called to get it canceled on the exact day of billing they made up excuses saying the system was being updated and they would be able to refund after the update. But this continued for the next day too so I just stopped pursuing it and said dang it might as well use my care plus and pay the monthly 10 dollars since ive paid 200 so far over these months anyways and once u cancel its not possible to get similar coverage again. But then I get a mail weeks later saying they canceled it and ofcorse without the promised refund making the 200 dollars I paid obsolete.

What's happening with my phone repair?

I'm lost for words to describe just how terrible this experience is. I've waited over a week for a status update only to be told parts on a 2025 phone are out of stock! I'll have to wait 3 more days for parts to arrive, then more time for the repair and delivery.

I sent my A26 phone to Samsung's authorised service partner for a repair to a cracked screen a more than week ago.
At first, I could see some progress on the tracker app, but then I received a message saying their authorised service partner needs to speak with me before they can progress with the repair. Apparently, they have sent me an email, but I haven't received one. I called their number, several times, but there's no response. I left voice messages, but haven't had a call back. In the meantime, I have no phone.

04/06/26 update: It gets worse. Yesterday I was contacted by Samsung's service partner MTR and had to pay £85.94 for what I thought was the cost of the repair. It turns out this might just the inspection fee, who knows? I may be getting the full bill later. Samsung don't know, I certainly don't know, MTR are still ignoring me. The MTR invoice just shows a meaningless reference number, no details. So, I now have to wait for parts to arrive, but surely a Samsung-appointed service partner should have parts for a phone which is only 8 months old?

I should have just binned my Samsung and bought a Motorola Edge 60 to replace it, it would work out cheaper and be a better phone.

Easy to deal with from start to finish

Easy to deal with from start to finish. Quick and easy to book, on time, repair took 45 mins from start to finish and device looks as good as new. Retained water tightness seal and official Samsung parts used. Breathed a new lease of life into my 2 year old S24. No effect on warranty and flawless service.

unless you are skilled enough to make the correct diagnosis it's going to cost you a £59 callout fee

S9 Tablet screen wasn't working, so called Likewize as approved repair company. They turned up and said it was water damage, they couldn't fix it and charged me 59 quid for a call out. I wanted to go through the official channels for a competent repair, but tbh if I'd have gone literally anywhere else they would have made a diagnosis and then repaired it. Essentially, unless you are skilled enough to make the correct diagnosis it's going to cost you
