Don't bother with this company. I placed my order on-line on 23rd Dec for delivery on the 29th Dec. Money taken but nothing delivered. After 3 phone calls and two emails, still no response. I have since cancelled the order and requested a full refund. No response to that either..
Interesting that this company can respond to this criticism within an hour or so, but couldn't be bothered to answer any of my calls or emails.

Salt was delivered on time . More emails on order delivery ETA would have been very useful.

I ordered water softener tablets just before Christmas, expecting delivery to arrive in the new year. To my surprise, the order was delivered later that same day! I was amazed by the speed of the service.

Ordered day before and received next day. Little complaint is that somebody would have communicated before it comes.

You have asked me for a review that hasn't been delivered.

No email to advise delivery would be delayed.

Order no. 166715, ordered salt blocks on line as well priced and free delivery? Charged and debited £49.00 for delivery! Tried to cancel straight away both by email and then a call, told the team will be in touch?

Used company before and wanted to order 25 pack of Kinetico Block salt but showed as out of stock. Tried emailing to find out when might be in stock to stay loyal if my stock would allow. No response. Phoned (twice) both times told that they could not help and I needed Sales- transferred but no response so back to main number to be told they would get ‘Sales’ to ring me back. Both times no contact made. Tried one final email - no response so now giving up and transferring my business. If you have any sense avoid a firm that treats its customers so poorly.
And the response should act as a further warning as true colours of this firm are in full view what a way to promote your business. Real colours on show!?To aid transparency here as they have deleted the response this referred to which was ‘Go cry’ or words to that effect.

Called 4x throughout the day (12/11/24) to place an order and querie delivery times as there is no delivery information online.
Left all my contact details on the first call (09:30).
The switchboard were unable to get me through each time as no one answered.
Very disappointed as the prices looked good.

There was a delay in processing the order but once I had spoken to someone it was delivered the next day, driver very helpful, carried the bags into the garage. Will use them again, thank you
