Charged £108 to come out for a two minuite consultation where the engineer put his hand in the drum and declared not worth repairing!! He was pleasant enough and said he got £15 for the call out. This could have been done over a WhatsApp call which other companies I know do.

A very helpful engineer came out and returned a couple of times. He struggled with getting the correct part.
We-repair was quick to get in touch each time and finally they sent a friendly and helpful Smeg manufacturer engineer called Mehran.He changed 3 parts and everything Is now working correctly. It is an old smeg 900 oven so a miracle that they could still get all the parts! I’m very impressed and happy with the outcone

Engineer came out to check a noisy fan on built in microwave and an oven. All was found to be in working order. Engineer was Friendly and personable and booking was easy to make.

The engineer that arrived was excellent. He was friendly, courteous and very easy to talk to. He completed his task quickly and efficiently while we had a very entertaining and informative conversation.
He made sure everything was back in its place and I was happy with the work before he left. Thank you.

My SMEG oven is circa 15 years old and in very good condition. One side of the double oven stopped working. We repair are a recommended SMEG repairer thus I requested that they repair.
I knew the issue and the model number etc and was happy to provide these details over a Teams call or similar. Despite that they insisted an engineer attend at a cost of circa £130 (which is justified by saying it covers all labour costs for the repair).
The ‘engineer’ carried out the same assessment that could have been done remotely.
They are recommending to replace 4 or 5 parts as they do not know what the actual fault is.
There is one part that is unavailable and as such they have refused to attend and fit the 4 parts that could be causing the fault thus wasting the £130 paid for labour despite me confirming it would be at my risk.
I would not recommend them as I feel they are looking for any excuse not to complete the labour hours whilst demanding an assessment fee that could have been done remotely.

Completely disappointed with the service I received from WeRepair. I waited for over two months for a part that never arrived, or for a part that was broken during delivery, either by the couriers or in the packaging itself. Their lack of empathy and professionalism was evident in the responses and emails I received from the company. I waited two months, provided the information they requested for the repair or replacement, wasting time and energy only to be told, after ten emails requesting information about the part, by someone named Linda from the Customer Service Administrator at WeRepair, that they had closed the repair because the necessary parts for the appliance were obsolete. It's truly frustrating and their customer service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
I booked a visit for a faulty dishwasher and paid £108 for what turned out to be a five minute inspection. The engineer arrived and was immediately rude. He did not greet us, walked into the house wearing muddy shoes and left dirt across the floor. He aggressively demanded payment on the spot before carrying out any meaningful checks.
He then looked at the machine briefly, did not remove any panels, did not run a diagnostic cycle, did not check stored error codes and did not properly inspect the appliance. He simply noted the E-Nr number and declared that the machine needed a new heat pump before abruptly leaving.
Given how superficial this “diagnosis” was, I arranged for a Bosch-approved engineer to inspect the dishwasher. They dismantled the appliance, ran full diagnostics and correctly identified that the issue was the wash pump, not the heat pump. I was explicitly told there is no way the previous engineer could have accurately diagnosed a heat pump failure without running proper tests.
This was not a minor mistake. A heat pump is a significantly more expensive component than a wash pump. Had I accepted their diagnosis, I could have paid for completely unnecessary work.
I raised this with the company and requested a refund of the £108 charged for what was effectively a five minute, non-diagnostic visit. They refused.
Charging customers £108 for a rushed, incorrect diagnosis delivered by a rude engineer, then refusing to refund when proven wrong, is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would question both the competence and professionalism of this organisation.
I would not use this company again.

Had three appointments as a no show, then told no one turned up as a link wasn’t followed to confirm date, which is an absolute lie as the first time they said the engineer was sick which is fair enough and no link was provided, only a confirmation text and a phone number to amend or cancel, nothing on confirming, left me, my partner and my newborn without a washing machine for nearly two months now.

I thought We Repair Ltd had finally resolved the incredible range of disappointing set-backs and cancellations of my appointments. I have requested a full refund and wish to no longer proceed with the repair. Customer Service emailed me last week that I should receive a full refund in 7 to 10 days.
Guess what? I have received a text message this afternoon, telling me that they have sourced the spare parts for a repair job they are no longer going to do for me. Knowing the confusion and chaotic communication I have already experienced with this ramshackle company, I phoned We Repair Ltd again today. The guy told me the job was " still open" even though Customer Service wrote and told me I was getting my refund and I have stated in writing several times that I no longer wish to proceed with any work whatsoever.
HOW CAN THEY GET THIS WRONG SO MANY TIMES AND CAUSE SO MUCH DISORIENTATION AND DISTRESS? I was advised today to write to Customer Services yet again, to clarify the situation yet again. THIS IS A FURTHER UNNECESSARY WASTE OF MY TIME AND RESOURCES. THE ONLY CONCLUSION, IS THAT I NOW HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO TAKE THIS APPALLING COMPANY TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT - which I have every intention of doing.
terrible.. sent me the wrong shelf after clearly saying which one then basically totally ignored me and i’m still waiting nearly 2 months on for a reply. will tell Domestic & General to stop
using such a pointless company

Been out twice still not repaired same error code saying 2 different things wrong with it second engineer was rude and very condercending and then let us know at lunch time they day they should be here that a part has been ordered and will let me know when they will be coming this firm are an absult joke

Appalling service.
My cooker has been broken 4 months now. The last 2 months of which were outsourced by an insurer to we repair. Last minute cancelled visits on more than 1 occasion, they were unable to get the parts to the correct engineer resulting in these cancellations - latest appointment cancelled 30 minutes beforehand after I’d moved plans around to be in. Such a simple task, botched so spectacularly - avoid this company like the plague.

Scam company ...just check reviews ,,,it shows that they do call manh people that never gave them our gdpr details ...i can proof the calls recieved of harrasment and solicitated deletion of my detail yet they still hold my details ...corruption and invation of my privacy .....please everyone report any scammers whom take advantage of our lifes.
Pathetic unprofessional incompetent service. 3 cancellations less than 24 hours notice. Customer service very rude and unprofessional will be seeking compensation from.LG
No service no repair 10 weeks later. Failed to show up for the engineer's repair on our in-warranty tumble dryer. Rearranged on 4 occasions. On 4 occasions, guess what? They failed to show up. I have now been waiting for 10 weeks. Clearly they don't care about customer service whatsoever. If I could give zero stars I would.
