This is the second time I have used SAK home. I don’t have an issue with the ordering process at all.
Me first order, was miss etoile sugar bowl and the gold has tarnished very quickly. I have emailed them twice for advice and they have failed to reply , which isn’t good after service.
The reason I used them the second time was purely because I couldn’t get the item I needed elsewhere .

My daughter had been looking for these scales, she lives in Canada. I bought them from you and sent them over. She is absolutely delighted which them so I give you top marks and would definitely recommend you.

Only half my order was delivered, it has been 1 week, nobody has bothered replying or even acknowledging the email. spend £170 pound only 40 pounds worth of items were delivered.

Definitely will not use this company again. Part of my order was missing and one item was broken. I received 2 emails in response to my initial contact but nothing since. Communication is terrible bordering on not existent.

I have ordered a chopping board from this company and the tracking says it’s been delivered and signed for in Shanghai! I am located in London …. Correct address was clearly provided, can’t get through to customer service, why have you shipped my goods to another country!

Item arrived as advised and adequately packaged. It was nicely presented and spoons were larger than expected and good quality.

Fast delivery and pleased with the product

I was searching for a particular design of plate which had run out on another website. I found it on this one and bought 4 plates. I also learnt that the plates were melamine which had not been clear on the other site and was able to look up the correct usage. Many thanks for an efficient service.
