I really wish I had checked the reviews before ordering from SAK Home.

My order (#4139) took almost three weeks to arrive. When it finally did, one item was completely missing, and the two items I did receive arrived dirty.

I contacted SAK Home by email over two weeks ago and received no response whatsoever. I then contacted them through their customer service chat around a week later. I was told they would look into the issue, but nobody ever came back to me. I have since chased them again and, at the time of writing this review, I still have no resolution.

It is incredibly frustrating to have paid good money for an order, not receive everything I purchased, receive the remaining items in an unacceptable condition, and then be unable to get any meaningful customer service afterwards.

Having now seen the other Trustpilot reviews, I’m extremely concerned and really regret not checking them before placing my order.

Will avoid at all costs moving forward!

On 8.Mai ordered, until today no product delivered, almost 3 weeks. I have sent message many times, but no answear. The website is with lot of marketing, but no real business. I think, it is a fake webshop and I have to say goodbye for my money. Bad experiences, no more ordering from UK!!!!

They steal people's money, both Sadia and Abdul are known by many to be thieves. Complete scam artists

Absolute scam, took my money and sent nothing. Completely ignored by every attempt to reach customer service.

I would give this company -5 stars if I could. Not received my goods rang and told them, emailed several times completely ignored..

Avoid them! I placed an order- no item, no updates, they haven’t replied to emails and don’t answer the phone. I am now in contact with my bank.

Bought and paid for shoes didn't receive them and asked for PayPal details but paid by card. Since then no correspondence they don't want to know but still got my money!?!?!?

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Made an order yesterday and needed to cancel the order immediately as no longer required. Sent an email within 5 minutes of ordering and then 2 further emails over the past 24 hours with no response. Also called the customer service number with no answer, to then get a phone call back on a random mobile number from someone stating that they work for Saks home - Gave them my order number and they said that they had cancelled the order for me. I’ve since had no confirmation email to say that the order has in fact been cancelled and the money has been taken out of my account for the product! I’ve since emailed again to ask for confirmation that the order has been cancelled and to request a refund but have had no reply!! Not impressed at all and will have to continue to chase!! Would never use this company again! I’ve now had an ironic automatic email from them to ask for a review because they value their customer service!!!!!

Also waited for order to be delivered, then received e-mail saying I had cancelled order, which I hadn't. No reply on phone, waiting to see if I get response from my e-mail. Should have read reviews before ordering.

Waited in all week for my Rose & Tulipani breakfast cup
to arrive . Just got an email telling me my order had been cancelled and my money refunded on a request from me !. I have had no contact with them apart from to order the cup I fail to see how this request was made by me. Needless to say I shall not be ordering anything again.

Don’t bother. Order not turned up after 2 weeks. Still trying to contact Sak by email and phone no answer to either. Next step is contact my credit card company to cancel payment. What a let down

Sent someone else's package rather than my own - no response from customer services yet. Will update if receive response
Had to call multiple times due to no response to email, no one answering phone. Eventually answered and kindly shipped order immediately which has now been received without further issue. 2 attempts have been made to collect the incorrect package though without informing me when they would come.
Overall glad my order is now here and it was cheaper than elsewhere but don't think I'd use them again

Really disappointed as the wrong product was delivered and even after 2 emails asking what I should do to return and arrange for the correct product to be delivered have gone unanswered. Left in limbo

Assistant added an item to my shipment the next morning, I am very pleased

Everything arrived so speedily and perfectly wrapped. First time of using this company, but will most definitely be using again.

Easy to order, delivered very quickly, and the robin bowl is beautiful.

SAK Home have a fantastic range of products for the home that is unique to the mass department stores! I've bought from them before and they've always had a great customer service!

Really poorly made glass trifle bowl with bubbles and ridges across the top and throughout the bowl. Didn't receive a response when I contacted customer service. Do not recommend!

Excellent service and while the bowl did have a flaw it was hardly noticeable and got 20%of price thank you Andy
