I arranged my parents' first Umrah journey in April/May through Safwa Travels. My parents are older and not as good with technology as many people are, so I wanted to find an agency that will be able to guide them throughout their journey. ZAIN from Safwa travels was extremely helpful and explained the whole process to us, which is exactly what we wanted since they were first time travelers. Zain promptly addressed any questions we had, which shows the agency's expertise. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their hotels in both Makkah and Madinah, as well as the chosen airlines. The agency's provided Ziyaraat was extremely insightful and an amazing experience for them. I have already recommended them to a few other friends and family members Zain and Safwa Travels surpassed our expectations, and we will be forever thankful.

We finished our two Umrah (before and during Ramadan), we would like to recognize brother Umar C. for his professional, hard working, trustable, quick response, understandable, friendly and get the job done! Would recommend him for everyone!
We start booking for 10 people and end up with the big group with 48 members mainly seniors.
He’s above and beyond, he stay up all night to complete our booking, 48 visas, book airfare and land fare for last minute members. He make sure all the seniors got what they need before trips. He even surprise us at the Jeddah airport. Thank you very much Safwa Travel for making that happen. We all very appreciate it.

Our experience was tremendous thanks to zain(safa travel) we didn’t have to worry about anything but just packing our bags and showing up , he made it very easy for us, he took care of the flights , the hotels and even our rides we had someone to get us from one destination to another without even having to worry about a thing definitely would recommend going through him if you’re planning on traveling
