Everything, from planning the trip to finally going for the Umrah was well-managed by the MPS team. I would highly recommend them for Umrah services.

The experience was good. Hotels were nice and convenient. Transportation was good.

We travelled with MPS Tours during the first Ashra of Ramadan. We were a family of 8, 4 members travelled from New York and 4 from the UK, and everything was managed smoothly despite us departing from two different countries.

The hotel arrangements and transportation were very well organized, and the team stayed in communication throughout the journey. It made our Umrah experience stress free and allowed us to focus on ibadah Alhamdulilah.

We would definitely recommend MPS Tours to our friends and family.

Hello everyone! We have had the most amazing, seamless, well-coordinated Umra and Istanbul stopover during Dec 2025-Jan 2026 thanks to the expertise and efforts of MPS Tours. MPS Tours took care of our flight tickets, visas, airport-hotel-airport transfers in KSA and Turkey, our Imam-guided Umra, and the guided ziyaarats in Makkah and Madinah. Our hotels and hotel rooms in KSA were reserved thoughtfully, considering our needs. Perhaps the hotel room in Istanbul could have been better chosen, though the hotel location was outstanding. All 3 hotels in Makkah, Madinah, and in Istanbul were excellent, regarding location and comfort - Movenpick Hajar Towers (Clock Tower), Pullman ZamZam, and the Legacy Ottoman Hotel. We can't thank MPS enough for this memorable experience and for contributing towards our successful Umra! We are grateful to Allah SWT for blessing us with this opportunity, Alhamdulillah.

Alhamdulillah we were fortunate to get the support of MPS Tours for our first umrah as a family. MPS Tours took care of everything from the moment we land till we get on the plane back home. They worked with us from planning our itinerary to after the trip. They took care of our plane tickets, hotel accommodations, our transportation needs, umrah guide, ziyarath tours and more. Masha Allah, they are an one stop shop for all your hajj and umrah needs. Insha Allah, we will go back to them for all our future needs.

Everything was so much fun and they were very helpful. They were accommodating to our time changes and for the elderly people who were with us.

Alhamduillah we had a wonderful experience with MPS tours. We were a party of 12 and our Umrah trip was from 12/20-12/30. MPS took care of everything from flights, hotels, tour guides etc leaving us to only focus on the Umrah. They accommodated our requests for changes even when asked late. MPS gave us the peace of mind that we needed. We did not worry about logistics and could focus on other things. All of the guides and transportation they provided were excellent and cartered to our needs. I would highly recommend MPS. I will definitely use MPS for my future Umrah travel InshaAllah.

Communication was very good till end. All drivers were on time. Room was as expected. Phone support was available 24/7. I will definitely use them again. Everybody that I came in contact with was very polite. They handle everything so we can focus on our prayers.

We were a little skeptical booking with an agency we had come across online randomly but we were very happy we did. Communication was great. They were available whenever we had a question. Everything was transparent. All hotel bookings and transportation bookings were as communicated and on time. We didn't have to worry about transportation to and from the airport with 7 pieces of luggage as it was included and the drivers were all on time. The hotels they gave us were all 5 star with breakfast included. We requested Haram view in Makkah and they ensured we had that view.
We also felt they were reasonably priced.

Would definitely recommend to other travelers looking to book.

My family and I had an incredible experience with MPS for our Umrah trip as well as Dubai trip. Our agent was Mohammad Sherazi and he was always available via phone/text even during my trip. If we ever had any questions, I was able to chat on the WhatsApp line, and someone would always get back to me within 5 minutes. For umrah especially, the travel arrangements were great, and we always knew our schedule with the driver for that day ahead of time. For Dubai, the tour that they got for us was fantastic, given it was a 1 day tour, it was absolutely well worth every minute. We are extremely pleased with MPS and inshallah would love to book our travel again with them in the future.

MPS is a top notch agency. They helped us with an Umrah package. What I liked the most is their promptness to address your concerns and question. They are almost always available (even during travel when time difference was quite a lot). They know the hotels and details of the area. The transportation company they hired locally was equally responsive and had good service.
