I went to Umrah during the last 10 days of Ramadan with my sister using Qalam Travels. From the first message I sent them, this company has been very attentive with us. My agent was Ismal, and he took care of everything from flights, hotels, visas, and transportation. One thing I liked most about this company is that they’re very responsive. Even when we were in Mecca and I messaged them, they always respond quickly. Alhamdulliah, once we landed in Madinah and Mecca we had no issues. From airport pickup to checking at the hotel, everything went smoothly. My sister and I were very happy with our Umrah. I will continue to use them from now on whenever I go do Umrah. They made it so much easier for us. Thank you Ismal for all your help and planning our Umrah trip.

We (myself and my wife) had a wonderful experience in our one week travel to KSA. We had a number 1 hotels near Masjide Nabobee and Haram Sharif, private transport, well versed Tour guide/Operator in Ziarats in Madinah and Makkah, All credit goes to Mr. Ismail who addressed all our questions/concerns, and provided the best service. We were in Tawaf on the 25th of March, and our Guide/Muallam managed to guide us from the start to end. Thanks to Qalam travels.

Their service is above 5 star. My umrah trip from US didn’t expect to go that smoothly. Hamood from Qalam travels gave me the best package based on my budget and timeline. And everything was managed so well. I had drivers from airport to hotel, tours in Madinah and Makkah, train from Madinah to Makkah , driver from Makkah to hotel. The driver reached out to me day earlier for confirmations and kept constant communication. The trip went very smooth Alhamdullilah

Recently had a trip to Italy. Our travel agent Muhammad Arslan did an amazing job and the price was also reasonable for all three hotels that we stayed at with breakfast included. He spent time to make sure our flights would work out and made sure we also had transportation that was reliable. Overall the experience was amazing. Cannot recommend enough
