Outstanding customer service & website
Website is very easy to navigate and find correct part for my specific awning (compass awning leveling arm).
It took less than 5 minutes to find & order. Really liked the diagrams of each part & ability to drill down and ensure it was correct item. Received part very quickly and now RV is all repaired.

This is not the piece you described. The piece I ordered was the snailed shaped end cap, the piece I received was 1 3/4"round disc, for $65.00.

Bonjour! Quelques minutes après avoir envoyé notre commande une dame madame Taylor nous a appelé pour confirmer notre commande et vérifier les numéros de série de nos pièces commandés! Nous étions impressionnés d avoir un appel si rapidement pour confirmer les pièces! La journée suivante elle nous rappelle pour nous informer d une erreur de grandeur! Elle avait raison maison mari n avait pas vu cette grandeur sur le site mais c était celui que nous cherchions! Nous sommes impressionnés! Nous avons laissé un message et retour d appel rapide!
