Reliable service & rugs need time to settle in
Reliable service, on arrival the rugs weren't quite as fluffy as they looked in the photos, but they bounced back after a few days. I'm really loving them now.

Smooth Return Process
I ordered a wrong size runner and wanted to return the item. Customer service replied my request in 24 hour as they said and I have been assisted for returning process. I got my money back in one week. I will definitely buy another item from their website. That was a better buying experience than physical stores.
