Carpet came when expected. It looks lovely on the floor and has settled in. I was surprised that it was not in a roll rather it was folded. For a big rug I thought this was unusual. I would order again from Rugvista as I had no problem at all and the ordering was straightforward .

I was very pleased with my new rug
I was very pleased with my new rug. The quality of the rug exceeded my expectations given the price. The rug arrived on time and was well packaged. It can be difficult to judge quality/colour etc online, but the free returns facility made it easier to take a chance. I also asked for more details on colour and received a helpful reply. I have already recommended rugvista to my friends.

Loved the selection of carpet runners but it took me two hours to process the payment as it wouldn’t accept the area code. Just about to give up when it finally took it. Waiting now for delivery.

Terrible. The site is not working properly. Getting the payment screen was a challenge. The eircode should ignore the spaces. Hire proper testers - you are loosing money!

The rug is beautiful
The rug is beautiful. It arrived quickly and it was a great experience all round. The only reason for the 4 stars was packing wasn’t great. The rug was folded which the creases still haven’t come out. The plastic bag that the rug was in had holes in it and the rug wasn’t covered on the inside. That was the only let down of using rugvista. That being said, I love the styles online and will definitely be ordering again.
